Great team, very responsive. You’ll be the first roofing co. we’ll call for any future work.
My roof hadn't been done for over 20 years so figured it was time. It was only 3 weeks from my call to their start time. The workers came right on time and worked hard, cleaned up every day. They told me about any changes to the order, needed to be done, and showed pictures of work and finished roof. They are great. I have recommended TR Construction many times. I was very satisfied with work and price. Thank you.
Excellent work, very satisfied
I have used your services multiple times in the past and appreciated the service you provide. I would recommend TR construction for the service they provide.
TR Construction was recommended by our neighbor. We are very happy about the work they have done. The price is reasonable as well. We started with good communication with them and they always have prompt responses to questions. The crews are very experieced and thorough. This is a company you can trust.
Great experience with Mike Hernandez. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
Rampart chimney remove can only be done with a knowledgeable professional which TR is. 100% reliable and professional job. Don’t go with any other contractor. I know because a neighbor is having there Rampart remove and what a mess. Thanks Tony and crew. Mike D
From initial estimate to final walkthrough everyone at TR Construction was polite, punctual, professional, friendly and accommodating. The communication is second to none. They show up when they say they’re going to show up and clean up each day. Tony has built a top notch company and hired the best.
I have only positive comments to make about both Mike the supervisor and the team that removed rotting exposed rafters from our house. They delivered on timing of the job and the outcome. I highly recommend TR Construction.
TR Construction did a great job on our roof (lift and relay). We got 3 estimates and they were the only one that actually went on the roof for the estimate. Professional and knowledgeable all the way with the installers (led by Armando) giving us regular updates during the project. We had solar installed right afterward by another company and they have offered to come back out to check on the tiles. Would highly recommend TR Construction!
It was great
Great job on the roof. On time and on budget. Thank you Rudi, Mike Hernandez and ladies in the office.
We are very happy with our new roof! And we will be even happier when it rains and doesn’t leak and we know it won’t. Your guys did a great job. Mike Sr is awesome and was very helpful. And Mike Jr was helpful also. Teresa and Jenny are so great! We have recommended 2 of our friends to call your company to get their roofs repaired/ and a new roof for one. We will highly recommend your company! Thank you again! Sincerely, Tina Leach
These people are great to work with, and prices are fair, would recommend for your roofing or other home improvements.
Good
This is the second job in which we've used you. Very pleased. The "after" cleanup on the most recent job was much, much better than the first one, which was at 482 Bear Valley Pkwy. I felt comfortable enough this time to only come by once (it is a rental property) . . . unusual for me! Steve Kirby
TR was the right choice for our roof replacement; the office, the roofers and the PM, all great to work with. I consider them a front runner for any future home improvement projects.
Great to do business with you again! Thank you! Betsy & Denny Fulton
I had a good experience and TR Construction did a great job roofing my house. Thank you especially to Mike, Jenny, Rudy and Daniel. - Sarah Mapel
Everything is going smoothly. Your crews are great! Joshua is so very helpful!
TR Construction remodeled my parents' entire home, and they did an absolutely incredible job. Because I live out of town, managing a renovation remotely could have been highly stressful, but their team was thorough, professional, and completely trustworthy from start to finish. They gave me total peace of mind throughout the entire process, and the final results speak for themselves. I highly recommend them for any major home renovation!
Felt very comfortable. Communication was excellent, price was competitive, crew was professional. The team went above and beyond the contract requirements to insure my full satisfaction.
Very good
We used this company to reroof our home and had some additional items installed. The workflow was smooth, and they accommodated our schedule perfectly. So far, we are pretty happy with the results!
It was fine.
The entire team was great. We were kept informed and updated
I needed some issues on my roof fixed. TR Construction fixed the problems which were broken tiles and corner tiles getting loose. Also, all the rain gutters were cleaned out. I was happy with the work.
Mike Hernandez was very good at his job and I felt very comfortable with the work he provided. Getting the work schedule could have been a little smoother. The quote said someone would be reaching out to me within 2-3 weeks to schedule the work. I did not hear from anyone after 3 weeks and had to follow up. I would recommend TR Construction to people for quality, and experienced work.
Mike was great and did great work. Whoever answers the phones always sounded overworked and should get a raise.
We worked with TR Construction between August 2025 and March 2026 (8 mo) on a major interior renovation spanning multiple trades (structural, trenching, plumbing, electrical, tiling, drywalling, painting, etc.). We did demo, design, and permitting separately, so I can't speak to those aspects, but I believe TR's team can handle all of those internally as well if desired. Overall, I'll start by saying that TR has assembled a great team of thoughtful, knowledgeable, and thorough folks across all trades. I can see why they've been around for over 20 years. Along with this, cost was extremely reasonable and straight to the point, in contrast with the many other GCs we screened during our initial bidding process. From start to finish TR's team was highly responsive and easy to work with, and in several instances went above and beyond what I thought were our agreed upon expectations. Our finished home turned out very close to how we initially envisioned, with probably any differences being our own changing opinions around certain design choices. If I were to offer a few minor critiques, they would be the following , though I believe these are generalizable to the construction industry in general rather than TR, specifically: 1) Timetables/clear schedules can be an occasional friction point, though our PM, Joshua, Teresa & the rest of the scheduling team did their best to give updates when they could. 2) In general, I would strongly recommend homeowners to have a basic understanding of how different trades work. Throughout our process some hiccups did come up that needed to be pointed out by us. However, TR and team were extremely quick and thorough about rectifying once brought up - which we really appreciated. Overall - would highly recommend TR, his team, and his subcontractors, and I'm sure we will be working with them again in the future.
The guys were helpful, patient and answered my many questions. Most of all they new what they were doing and once finished they cleaned up really good, would not have known they were even here. Thank you
I have worked with TR Construction for as long as I can remember. The team did my roof and my kitchen remodel. I would definitely recommend using TR Construction.
Mike was extremely helpful and also reachable and responds quickly and professionally. Thank you
I was very impressed with the work performed on repairing the leak in my roof and the living rom ceiling that was damaged by the leak. Mike Hernandez did me a huge favor when he made a temporary fix to my roof before I had even committed to signing a contract. He knew we were expecting a big storm that night and didn’t want me to experience any more damage. That was awesome customer service. The folks who repaired the ceiling drywall and then repainted did an outstanding job as well. The match with the current ceiling paint was perfect. Can’t thank your team enough for the quality service at a reasonable cost.
We worked with TR Construction to replace our old flat roof. Team did a great job of removing old layers, fixed damaged wood and put a new roof on. Excellent job! Highly recommended.
My parents’ 40 year old roof was leaking and TR Construction completed a lift and relay of their roof as well as patched and painted the damaged interior drywall. We had a great experience, and immediately hired them again to complete a lift and relay on my father in law’s roof too. Their prices were competitive with the other estimates we received and the staff were a pleasure to work with. Thanks to Mike Sr for providing us with detailed estimates and tarping our roofs to prevent further leaks while we waited for the work to start. Mike Jr and Teresa for answering all our questions and keeping us in the loop with the work. Armando, Miguel, and Mora for their hard work and for cleaning up at the end of each day.
Working with TR Construction for our new roof could not have been better! Every person that we worked with had the utmost in professionalism and knowledge so insure a seamless process. Jaime Galindo, and his team deserver a special shoutout! Each step of the way they remained in close contact with us to establish timing and expectations. They continuously exceeded expectations. Not sure why it took us so long to get a new roof, but had we known it was so easy, we would have done it much sooner. This is in large part due to the team at TR Construction.
Extremely professional and considerate of our property. Did an amazing job on our roof and would highly recommend him to anyone
T R Construction was highly recommended to me by multiple acquaintances for their workmanship, honesty, and friendliness. Had concerns about a possible roof leak. Mike show up and did an inspection of the suspected area and gave his expert opinion on the issue. The issue seems to have been resolved a day prior with another roofing company while setting up a tarp. Most would just give the estimate and not say a thing. Mike went above and beyond to make sure there wasn't an actual issue before moving forward with an estimate. When it comes time to do any type of home remodeling or repairs. T R Construction will be at the top of the list for the company I'll use.
Overall is completely satisfied!
We were very satisfied with the completed roofing work. Armando was friendly and his crew was professional. They also made sure that the area was clean after each workday. My wife mentioned that Armando should receive a raise!
Excellent workmanship on both the roof and rain gutter replacement. Professional and courteous service.
All the people we dealt with were courteous and professional. All if our questions were answered and the price for our roof repair was reasonable.
You guys did a great job, timely and professionallyu.
great work again! Thank you! Jaime and your crew is great to work with!
I had a good experience. You completed the job on time, and the roof repair seems to be holding up. Thanks
We recently had our roof replaced and we couldn’t be happier. TR did a great job throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend them for any roofing needs.
I just had my roof of almost 40 years done and most of the fascia replaced by TR Construction. It looks amazing and can't be happier from start to finish. Mike Hernandez did the estimation and provided it to me very quickly and the quoted was very reasonable. For the price and the fact that I believe 2 to 3 of my other neighbors had also used TR Construction for their roofs - so all I had to do was look around for references on the quality of the workmanship. Jaime and his team, who did the work, are truly professional, conscientious, very fast and cleaned up after themselves. I also want to thank Teresa and Jenny for always getting back to me super fast in providing response to all my concerns during the process. They are a remarkable group and I recommend doing business with TR Construction if you need any type of roof work.
Mike was helpful in explaining the problem and offering a solution.
Awesome design and detail in all renovations. Great quality Very efficient process there at TR construction
Your guys are all great. Friendly, and helpful. Very knowledgeable and explain things to you
Great work great service.
Highly recommended Key points: Professional. Everyone I interacted with was polite and efficient Quality of work. The repair work was excellent . No mess and done quickly Punctuality. Seems to be something that's simple but most companies barely try. From start to finish they were there when they said they would Great guarantee. In writing even! I don't see that very often
The workers and the work was fine. But based on the amount of time it took the workers to do the job the cost were on the high side.
Overall experience was top notch. Initial meeting for estimate was detailed and thorough. Estimate was fair. Work was outstanding. Communication through the process was very helpful.
Time and again these guys have come through for me, their attention to detail, and quality of work has stood the test of time. Pardee Homes doesn't know how to make a roof that lasts, but TR Construction corrects the problems in ways that last for years. I've corrected 4 roofing issues with TR Construction, one being a major leak. These guys just come through for you.
Great experience Good work Very reasonable price Would very highly recommend the company
Very professional. Friendly staff. Showed up on time. Completed the job in a timely manner. Will use you for future projects. Job well done!
We had a great customer experience with TR Construction. Starting with getting a quote from Mike and through the repairs. Mike explained the scope of work and gave us a detailed estimate the same day. We were able to schedule the repairs easily. The crew arrived on time and completed the work that day. The office was very responsive. The cost was what was quoted. The work looked good. I received pictures taken on the roof to see the work. We already referred TR Construction to friend in the neighborhood.
Very professional company. Pleasure to work with. Job was done in 4 days which was less than the estimate.
Your employees were professional and I felt my roof was in good hands.
Very please with your expertise ! The whole crews are excellent ! They come on time and pleasant to work with . Denise is nice man & his carpenter crews are expert . Thanks Roberto, Jose and others great carpenter. Dry wall husband and wife did a great job. Jerome did excellent install my garage door ! Highly recommend TR Contruction !
I was very happy with the partial bathroom remodel done by TR Construction! After a few estimates, I decided to go with TR construction because they gave me the best deal and they had worked on my roof in the past and did a great job. Joshua was wonderful in helping me pick out all my materials and kept me updated and posted on the timeline of the work being done. The team was able to complete the whole job in a few weeks. Everything turned out beautiful! The team at TR Construction was friendly and helpful with any questions I had! And they got back to me quickly. I would recommend TR Construction for your needs. I definitely plan on having them work on my kitchen remodel in the future!
As always, exceptional, we have confidence in the work that’s done and the warranty implied, if it isn’t right, we know that Tony will make it right.
Awesome experience with TR Construction. Jamie (not sure of spelling) has a great crew and everyone was helpful and respectful at my house. Great job. I will recommend your company to everyone I talk to.
my overall experience with TR construction is positive and consistent as the other portion of my roof was done by TR construction six years ago. The foremen Mike Hernandez is very reliable, listens and explains in detail to the clients. the procedures of the roof project are executed in a very professional manner. Do it once and do it right, this is why I chose TR construction.
Very impressed with the communication, workmanship, and follow-up to make sure jobs are completed correctly.
We needed a side deck replaced so called Tony at TR. He roofed our house 15 years ago and still gives outstanding service.had a crew at our house within days followed by another and another. From the office staff right on through each of these crews, all were polite, professional, and really knew their work. The deck is beautiful, will last my lifetime, and we don't have to be concerned with anything. TR Construction is a quality company. HIGHLY recommend them.
I could not be happier with the job that TR Construction did. The workers, all of them, were skilled and most pleasant to work with. This extends to the office personnel who were most communicative and receptive to our requests.
We are very, very pleased with the entire experience of planning our replacement deck all the way from talking it over with Tony to each of the teams he selected to bring our wishes come true. Attention to detail, professionalism, and friendliness were abundant throughout the time. Would happily recommend TR Construction to anyone.
They where GREAT, FAST AND FAIR PRICES, go with this guys, Mike Hernandez has 30 years experience, he quoted me, he did the job, right on time, as promised, in the office they DO ANSWER calls, it´s a family owned Company, save yourself trouble and let them do the work, pricing was fair, and if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys
I am very satisfied with TR Construction. From the estimate to the completion of re-roofing, it was done in a professional manner. Communications with the staff were easy too. Thank you!
It's a good experience.
I worked with TR Construction to do some upgrading in a home I recently purchased. Trent and his team were prompt and professional so much so that as the work continued, I added several additional jobs to the original contract. Each job was done to my total satisfaction and Trent ensured that I was updated all along the way…I would highly recommend them to anyone for their construction needs. Thank you Trent for a job well done…
My experience with TR Construction was pleasant. I absolutely loved the staff. TR has the best staff . I enjoyed the crew. Martin , Alan and Luis ( Demo ) , Mora, Gloria and Jaime ( Painters ) Memo and Antonio ( Builders ) I also enjoyed Dennis , Roberto, Carlos , Jose and Jose Jr., and Miguel. My bathrooms are great and my Roof was properly fixed to where water will not be collected. The office staff was great , especially Teresa. Sal and Marco the plumbers did a new sewer line to which I don’t have to worry about corroded pipes. I will definitely use TR Construction for future projects and I will recommend them to others. I will also write another review after 1 year. My overall satisfaction is great. Thank you Tony and Joshua.
All went well. You are easy to work with and your office location is very convenient. All the work was professionally completed as agreed and on time. I'll check in with you for any construction or roofing needs in the future.
every worker on site was polite and professional. they were respectful of the property and dealt with the limitations imposed on them by our needs.
Top notch experience all around. Communication was great from scheduling all the way to execution. Rudy and Daniel did a fantastic job on the roof! Very pleased and I will recommend your company to any others needing roofing or construction projects.
Great job. Great team!
TR Construction recently completed a remodeling of an atrium into an indoor living room. This externally required the extension of a roof, the addition of a skylight into that roof extension and a reworking of an existing pony wall and guttering. Internally some windows had to be removed, the walls had to be changed from external stucco to internal drywalls, the atrium floor raising 4” to align with the existing living room floor and new tiles then laid. The entire TR team, and subs used, were great to work with. Courteous, listened, made changes we requested on the fly, and were proactive in all discussions. Special mention to Memo, Antonio and Martin who responded positively to all our inputs. And Teresa in the office who was always quick to respond to all our calls and texts. The job was completed on time and on the original quote, even with a couple of changes during construction. We would recommend TR Construction in a heartbeat, they did a quality job.
Had a good experience upgrading the roof on my house. The quote had the best price over the other highly reviewed contractors in the area. Good communication and friendly employees.
TR Construction arrived on time, completed the job in the time per the estimate and hauled away all the trash. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend them to my friends and I will call TR for any future jobs I may have.
You guys did a great job and we're very appreciative!
Your team was very courteous and was able to identify the issue quickly and provide a resolution. Especially with the rain coming your team made sure to get the job done before the rain came.
Excellent staff and quality work. A pleasure to work with.
TR Constrction truly did a fantastic job replacing our tub with a beautiful walk in shower. Tony and his guys were a pleasure to work with! This job was done in a group home that can be pretty chaotic and they were so kind and understanding of our special needs and did all they could to accommodate us. The job was done with extreme care at a very reasonable price. We really appreciate TR Construction for all they did and highly recommend their services.
Good - everyone I dealth with at TR Construction was helpful and friendly and the Roofers did a wonderful job.
Great
Very professional and upfront about additional repairs and cost estimates.
Mike came out and diagnosed a long-standing roof leak problem. A couple days later two workers came out and fixed it
I love how communicative Tony and his team are! Before, during and after the whole process!
TR Construction always does great work and craftmanship, does good project site clean up, on time and at competitive prices.
TR Construction provided a solid experience from start to finish- from the initial consult with Mike, help from folks in the office, Jaime and his expert crew doing the work, all the way to final closeout. Thank you.
The TR Construction team did an excellent job on our Bathrooms remodel projects. Their quality of work was excellent. The team made sure the construction was completed to the best quality. Othen taking extra time to make sure it was correct. The project management and team members were courteous and professional. Overall an excellent project.
They did a fantastic job in my house and will definitely hire them again for any future needs.
It went very well. Mike sr is open and honest which is very appreciated when I don't know ins and outs of roof repairs. Mike jr was extremely helpful and patient with my delays. I will keep business card close so if an opportunity arises to use again or refer a friend, I will. Thanks so much to all I dealt with.
We feel very good about our experience. We will be considering TR Construction for future projects and referrals.
TR Construction did a fine looking roof replacement here in Mira Mesa for me. They were prompt and efficient and did a good job of cleaning up the place as they went along. The whole crew really pitched in to take off two layers of old roof. Not easy work. Sal and Jaime, who laid most of the new shingles, were very skilled. It all went smoothly. Mike, the project manager, was very attentive to my needs, as were the nice ladies in the TR office. My thanks to the whole TR crew.
We had a major extension done on the house on Flanders Drive. I felt the quote was fair and reasonable. General contract was signed in April and we just finished final inspection in Nov. Overall, work was great. Working with Tony, Joshua, Dennis, Memo and the team was great. If you drive through Flanders, you would have seen the extension progress near Salk Elementary. Communication was open and we were aware of what to expect during the process. It was completed on time (6 months) and within budget barring a few minor improvements that were necessary as construction revealed them. Amazing team that I will be going back to for more work in the future. Recommend this team 100%, they will work hard to keep you happy. We did not have to leave our residence during this time. We only extended the living room and added a bedroom. Original bedrooms and other living space remained the same and we just extended into the front yard. Very happy with the extra space.
TR Construction is a great company to work with. We've done 2 projects with them at my inlaws house, bathroom remodel and roofing. They are responsive to any issues and take care of them promptly. They provide excellent warranty on their work, the other contractors only provide 1 year. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
The workers were great and they did an excellent job. I will recommend you to my friends and neighbors.
Everything went great Antonio and Guillermo did a wonderful job and the painter also did a great job I am very pleased
The roofers and the office staff were always polite and professional.
Excellent. The head carpenter was very experienced and was thorough in his work. Martin, painter. and his crew came on time and completed all their tadks well We are very pleased with the entire job. Thank you, Tony.
I've had a kitchen remodel done with this company and they were professional. They also did a spectacular job and were very communicative. I would recommend to anyone in need of construction.
Very good experience. I was not home during the day, but when I got home everything was fairly neat and cleaned up.
Communications and the work itself was very responsive, fast and high quality. Highly recommended.
As always your crews do great work. Very conscientious onsite and I'm always pleased with the quality of the work.
The overall experience was great. Office staff were friendly and professional. On site workers were prompt, professional and thorough. The only issue we had was the timeline of the reinstall of the solar. Mike told us it would take 1 day, Theresa said 2 days and Daniel said 3 to 4 and it took 4. Otherwise we were really happy with the quality of the work. Great care was taken to make sure our roof and solar were well taken care of. Our yard is cleaner than when you started the project. We have used your company many times before through American Heritage Properties and are always satisfied with the high quality of the work provided. I definitely refer you to my friends and neighbors. Thanks!
The work done was professionally and the outcome very good. The leads were very responsive to feedback and quick to correct issues. The job was finished quickly and cohesively. The project management and communications were inadequate. I was very frustrated with never knowing what was going on day to day until the last minute. They promised a project plan with timelines which was never delivered. This is a developement area for this team that would galvanize their relationship with the customer. The labor team needs to work with more attention to keeping things cleaned up day to day and to minimizing damage to various work areas such as sprinklers, plants. They should bring their own work items such as hoses and take garbage with them, not leave it in the customer's trash bins. These were not show stoppers, but are requested improvements. Altogether, thank you for a nice job! The house looks great!
It was very good. The ladies in the office were very responsive and Mike Hernandez was awesome - very responsive, excellent explanations and diagnosis, and efficient execution on the repairs.
Our experience was very good. Mike was wonderful in giving us an estimate and explaining completely what needed to be done. Armondo and the Second Gentleman that came to do the work were very professional and worked really hard on a very hot day. I was a little concerned that the painting was a little sloppy. But I addressed that with Mike and they came back the next day and fixed it.
Overall very satisfied. Still waiting for the port a potty, never did arrive.
Excellent experience!!! Thank you
The crew did a great job and were very professional. Overall a good value for the money.
I was very satisfied.
The crew performed professionally throughout the process. We were happy with the work done as described on the contract. There were additional materials needed during construction and the crew didn’t keep track with that correctly which added another $1000 to my final bill. The issue was brought to Mike’s attention and it was rectified.
Couldn't see the finished work. but in talking with one of the workers, three layers were put down on the needed spot and caulking was laid around the chimney as needed. I took his word for it.
Great job, great team from start to finish. Super nice and professional. When they were done, there was nothing left behind. They did an amazing job of cleaning up.
After cleaning , I found probably 20-25 nails on the ground.
Good price, the work of Mike sr and Mike jr was outstanding. They answered all of my questions and were very professional. I won’t know how the roof leak repair went until it rains but I am sure it is fixed. I would recommend the company to everyone. Walt
Michael was very professional and sent me photos and a video of the areas where the leaks were occurring and explained it all. Much appreciated. The repairs were done on time and I couldn’t be happier. Great company to work with. Thank you
We are very satisfied. Next time, we ask them next work.
We were very pleased with the entire process. It went quickly and smoothly. Workers were professional and nice. Would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.
Excellent!!!! Thank you!
TR is a great contractor. They have proven to be honest and reliable. We will definitely be using TR again for upcoming projects.
I was impressed with TR Construction from the start. You came recommended by Chris Preston, a (mostly) retired roofer with an excellent reputation among my neighbors. Mike Hernandez, Jr. was my first contact and answered all my questions. He coached me on the benefits of going to flat tile vs. the traditional wavy barrel tiles so common in Rancho Bernardo, all the more so since I have both solar and lightweight concrete roofing. He helped me get samples from Eagle Roofing, and put me in touch with their company's specialist on DOE Cool Roofing materials and specs. Weather understandably caused some delays, but the crews were great about covering and protecting things to wait out the rain storms. There were a couple of surprises about scheduling and I had to pursue some answers, but Teresa in the office and Jaime in the field were helpful and responsive. I'm quite satisfied with the results.
Excellent- completed job in a timely fashion
Great company. Quality work! Very pleased with the outcome. Communication and transparency were great! Everyone at TR construction was fantastic!
Teresa was very friendly and extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and conveyed my requests to the roofers. I am so happy to have pictures of the work done since I couldn't see what they did that high off the ground. The men were very polite and worked quickly. The job was finished in about 4 hours, including their lunch break. They did a wonderful job cleaning up anything that came off the roof. Two of my neighbors used TR Construction and were very pleased also. One of them recommended this company to us. We're so glad he did!
Couldn't have been better. More than met my expectations.
great. they did a wonderful job!
TR construction gave us a date that they would be out to give a bid for our roof repair. We received a bid that we were pleased with. A date was agreed on and when an earlier time slot opened up we were able to take it. Armando and Miguel were on time and completed our job as agreed to and within the time frame. They cleaned up and we are very happy with their work.
TR construction did my Roof. Mike is the one who help me and he is really good easy to talk to and they did a good job. They did an excellent job very clean and quality.
TR did a great job on my roof recently. The crew were professional, skilled and organized. Excellent clean up as well. The management team is helpful and good with communication. There were a few scattered delays due to poor weather, but the crew were quick to adapt and reschedule. There were a few minor issues I noticed after the work was completed, which they took care of after I notified them. This is the second job they've done for me over the past 4 years, and were initially a referral from my neighbors. Thank you Mike, Teresa, Diana, Jaime, Gustavo and the rest of the crew. I will definitely be calling TR again for more work in the future.
We finally have our roof free of leaks after multiple repairs by the company. Fast and responsive Customer support. We just wish the repair process could be better
There were very responsive to our calls. Sadly they were unable to initially find the leak. I finally found water in a clothes closet just below our roof deck. TR was very helpful in recommending a water proofer.
Very impressed with Jaime and his crew. They did a great job on our roof and other repair issues.
I sent an e-mail with pictures to the contact e-mail address on their website on 2/1/2024 hoping for a quote. No response after 2 weeks. Called them 2/16/2024 and was given a different e-mail address. Sent same e-mail on 2/16/2024. As of this morning, on 2/25/2024, 9 days later, still no response. This represents terrible service. If you don't want to service a potential customer and are so busy you don't want the business, just say so instead of leaving the customer hanging.
Did a wonderful job
TR was excellent from start to finish. The roof tear-off crew was fast and professional - the job was done by noon of the first day. The roofing team was excellent and finished a very professional looking installation in 2.5 days - just before a major rainstorm hit the area. I have zero leaks or issues and my roof looks great - thank you TR!
Mike did amazing work and was so friendly. Would recommend TR Construction to our friends
Organized, professional and respectful crew and attentive project managers. Allowing an exception for me to pay half the amount via credit card helped out a lot. TR was referred to me by my neighbor, and now I will be referring them to other friends and family. Thank you again.
Quality work done by quality people. Loved that they cleaned up. Everyone was easy to work with. Excellent support by the office ladies.
Communication was excellent. TR was very accurate with start date and finished quickly. Very easy to deal with. Fair price and quality workmanship.
The crew leader did a great job keeping us updated on progress! The job was done well, thanks!
You guys are very efficient and make the process go very smoothly. We’ve had a couple projects already done and plan on future projects too
All in all good experience. TR Construction will make it right.
Everyone in your company and on your team made us feel like we were important customers.
Called around to three companies to do a primary bedroom bathroom remodel. We had a vision of what we wanted which included a walk in curbless shower, increasing the size of the bathroom with a specific look for the tile on the shower walls and adding a walk in closet. Couldn't be happier that we went with TR Construction. It was the right choice for many reasons. Let me start with the workmanship. There's a reason they have specific trades persons for demo, framing, electrical, plumbing, tile setting, drywall, paint and finishing work to name a few. I hope I didn't leave anyone out because all of them were the A+++ team. And a special shout out to Joshua, the project manager and the office staff who always were available to answer my calls and various questions. My project came out so nice I insisted that TR put pictures of it on their website. I've added a few pictures here but check out the ones on the website for a better look. My new remodel feels like we're in a luxury hotel every day and I couldn't be happier.
Excellent work.
Great service and will use TR Construction again
Service was fast and efficient. I am glad we called TR Construction.
All in all it was a good experience. The only very minor complaint is when the clean up guys came( I wasn't here), they did a nice job, but left the hose a mess, not the way they found it.
Fantastic! From the office personnel staff to the working crew selected for my particular project, everyone was very professional with excellent communication, kind and friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and very experienced. I was treated wonderful and am so happy with the finished project! I highly recommend TR Construction and will continue to implement their services for any future needs or projects. Many Thanks! Mrs.Bryce
Very competent and knowledgeable about roof repair. The quotation process was quick and delivered on time. All documents were signed through DocuSign which made the process even easier. Once I agreed to the terms, an appointment was quickly scheduled. As far as the workmanship goes, the project was completed in time quoted. No surprises or additional charges, they cleaned up after themselves and it was like they were never here. Luckily, they were here and fixed my roof leak. I would 100% recommend and will use them again in the future for any roofing needs.
They do a great job
Very good service.
The service was very good. I especially appreciated both Jaime and Gaspar. Both are very hard workers and very pleasant to interact with. I would definitely recommend those two to anyone seeking my advice.
Teresa on the phone is incredibly friendly & helpful. Mike was the only estimator (of 4) who shoved slipping tiles into place to cover our garage leak until it could be repaired. He also went out of his way to reattach a solar tube that was jarred loose by the roofing repair. He’s a keeper! Armando & Miguel also were polite, friendly and hard workers. Not all construction companies are dependable or responsive. Yours is and we love that. We would certainly refer you to others.
Excellent costumer service. Excellent service. Highly recommend for all roofing needs.
Good estimate and interactions with your phone staff. Repairs were done quickly, but Armando was insistent that more work needed to be done now (whole roof repair). After some discussion I convinced him that I only wanted the agreed upon repairs. Hoping that they will be sufficient to stop the leak, but he left me a bit worried.
Mike that came out and gave us an estimate was great. The service crew that came out to fix the roof was excellence. The gutter work is good. My only let down of working with TR construction was the front office. After I accepted the contract from you guys, no one contacted me about what to do next. I had to call you a guys a week after to book a date for you guys to come out to do the work. I know you guys are busy and had to book the date a few weeks out which was fine but no one called to confirm the appointment when it was close to the date. Again, I had to call to confirm with guys that you were still coming. When I called, the lady in the office had no clue what I was talking about. When she finally found me in the system, she scolded me because she said I told her the wrong thing?! After the roof repair was done, I again had to reach out to see when your gutter person would come out. Overall, really happy about the work and quality. The office, however can use some better communication skills.
We've chosen TR Construction for our roof and solar and have been very happy with the results on both jobs. Communication and customer service has been excellent.
The process went very smoothly and the quality and workmanship was very good
When evaluating the bids to re-roof our house, TR stood out as our clear choice based on the approach from Mike Hernandez. He explained the process to us and patiently answered all our questions. The tear-off crew showed up exactly on time and Angel's crew was efficient and hard-working, and very clean! Our house was in better shape when they left then when they arrived. When all the materials arrived - the delivery truck was too big to get up our driveway without running over our planters and our neighbors lawn. But TR figured it out by hand-carrying the materials up on the roof. They never complained and never added that unexpected expense to their original cost estimate. Sal and Luis then came to start the actual re-roofing, first by repairing and replacing any damaged wood. Sal showed me a number of pieces of wood that were damaged by termites and dry-rot and had to be replaced. He also showed me how he fashioned the flashing around certain areas like our chimney keep rain and moisture from penetrating the structure. As the week went by, we were increasingly impressed with the quality and pride in their workmanship displayed by Sal and Luis. We highly recommend TR.
TR construction surprised me with their level of customer service. When Mike came out to quote our roof repair, I thought it was going to be a crazy amount of work and cost. I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't going to be as bad. He also calmed our nerves a bit and gave us honest feedback of what was needed and not needed as other contractors were up selling us services. We had some difficulty with our solar company removing the panels so the project was delayed for months and they were great in working with our schedule. All in all will highly recommend!!
Overall, I have been pretty satisfied. The roofing project just completed was to be coupled with a solar/battery installation. Quote was signed in June with work starting on the roof in Oct. During that window of time there was little to no communication regarding when the work was to begin. I am still mostly in the dark regarding the solar component. Once the roofing was started the workers were very thorough and did a quality job. Only one issue occurred (fascia, not painted correctly) which was quickly remedied.
Very impressed with Mike Hernandez who clearly explained the work that was needed, including more expensive options. Your admin contacts are friendly and professional and very nice to deal with (very rare these days). Workers were organized and were done in a timely manner and took the time to explain what they were doing when asked. Only downside was the lead time to get a quote, about four weeks. I spoke with three other companies in the meantime but glad I waited.
All but the demo team were terrific.
Hi Tony, I had a great experience with the roof work done on my house. Jaime Galindo (roofer foreman), was a pleasure to work with, making sure that the job was being done in a professional manner from start to finish. When I had questions, Jaime was happy to respond to my satisfaction. His leadership and attention to detail makes him a valuable asset to the company. Gaspar and Moises Osiris, working under the supervision of Jaime, made sure that the work was done accordingly, and at the end of every day the work area and around the house was left clean and free of nails. When the job was completed, the roof looked great and everyone made sure that the premises were clean, free of debris and nails. I will definitely recommend TR Construction to my friends and neighbors. Elmer
Good work and good clean-up. All your workers are polite and a great credit to your company Cheers to you office ladies — Most charming!
TR always does quality work and treats us fairly. With Josh we had excellent communication about jobsite activities and schedule.
We have hired TR for a variety of jobs over the last 15 years, including both remodel jobs and repair jobs. They have repaired my roof, fixed a slab leak, and done both tile and hardwood floor work. This year was a solar installation and bathroom remodel. TR has always given me good advice, and his workers are all skilled and conscientious. Their work is always high quality and TR sticks to the quotes he gives you. For over a decade I've trusted them to do great work on my most valuable asset. The biggest compliments you can give a general contractor are to hire them for multiple times and recommend them to your friends. We have done both on many occasions.
I am very confident in the work performed by TR Construction.
Very good experience. Romeo did a great job, and everyone I interacted with, including Mike, Edwin, Theresa and the Lady from Queens (who unfortunately I didn't get her name), were all very professional and courteous. All good folks. It was a pleasure doing business with TR Construction. Thank you!
The staff was great and did a fantastic job. Would recommend again.
Very positive experience
*************** did a great job with a large window replacement, stucco work, house painting, and stacked-stone installation. Owner ************************* gave us all the attention we needed to scope out the job, provide a fair price, and ensure we were satisfied every step of the way. Site supervisor ****** was awesome in communicating status and when tradespeople were going to show up at the house. We are very satisfied, highly recommend ***************, and will be using them for future work.
We hired TR construction to replace our aging roof after getting several quotes. We liked , that they would reuse the tiles that are still good and only replace the broken ones and the layers underneath . Work was in timely manner and without a hitch done to our total satisfaction and excellent outcome . Everything was cleaned up and trash removed . Past the test of the hurricane rain last weekend!
I am very happy and extremely pleased with EVERYONE at TR Construction. They did a new roof and painted my house because when they a beautiful job on the roof I just knew I had to have the house painted. Oh was I happy I got them to do it. This company is great from A to Z and everyone that works there. Pleasant to work with and if you are looking for a professional company go to them first. I'm very glad I did. Thank everyone of you with the highest quality. One of the workers asked me if I was happy with the work. I told him I was elated. Tickled pink. They are wonderful people. I will be telling alot of people.
The team was very professional, polite, and efficient...I know that I have a good roof over my head for the foreseeable future...My neighbors who walked by my house during the re-roof were quite impressed and have asked for your number... thank you
Excellent company. The people are knowledgible, polite and return phone calls. The work was done timely.
Our roof repair was done efficiently and timely. My husband did an "inspection" when he went up to the roof to clean the solar panels. He's happy to see that all broken tiles were replaced, aligned and nailed down properly. Thanks to the TR Construction for the job well done.
good and hope next raining season the roof be perfect
This is a follow up review for TR Construction, as they did a major construction project for our house a couple years ago that involved adding a whole new floor (with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom), new roof of course, and full remodel of the kitchen since it needed to be pushed out to accommodate a stairwell. 2 years out the work is standing up really well, we are delighted with the finishes and all systems (AC, electrical, etc) work really well. I am writing this review to commend TR Construction and how they stand behind their work. We had a small plumbing issue due to connection problem to our water heater. One phone call and Sal, the plumber who originally worked on our house came back out, remembered us and the project well (he knew exactly where the relevant pipes were and fixed the issue quickly) and today, the very next day, the plaster is getting patched. They even offered to patch the paint! I am very grateful to TR Construction and am happy we chose them to do our big project. It's nerve wracking to do large home renovations but having a good partner makes everything feel manageable! I recommend them for pretty much all trades that they did for us.
Good job. Thanks for your help.
The two workers were efficient. The only hold up was getting replacement tile. (only a day)
The estimate was reasonable. The crew you sent (Mike Sr, Ryan and Filippi) were efficient and worked well together as a team. They finished the job in only a few hours. I'm happy with the results.
The team you sent out was excellent. They communicated with me everything they were doing and made honest recommendations.
The workmanship seems very good, all the teams did a great job keeping our yard clean. I would have liked better communication. There were a few times where the team got stuck on another job (which I understand happens) and didn’t show up and it would have been nice to get a heads up about that.
Great service by Mike Hernandez and his team. Clearly explained why we needed your service to protect my roof. You team performed the repair and retile of my roof fast and with expert skills.
It was great Thanks so much!
Absolutely great. The office staff and crew were all personable and efficient.
Excellent and professional roofers. Very reasonably priced and a pleasure to deal with.👍
Quite positive. Pleasure to do business with.
We are very happy with TR Construction service!
My husband and I were very pleased with every aspect of our re-roofing. Mike Hernandez, the Project Manager, was great, very helpful, and patient with all our questions. Sal Ferrer, the roofer, was professional and obviously dedicated to doing a good job for us.
It was very positive. The work was done on time and on budget. The workers did a very professional job, and cleaned the job site regularly. I will not hesitate to use then again.
I was very pleased with my experience. The estimate was done quickly, professionally and explained fully. Workers were friendly, knowledgeable and explained what they had done. I would use TR Construction again.
Professional
Extremely professional, hard working and easy to work with
Excellent work! On time, on budget, great communication & cleaned up each day.
We appreciated the promptness and quality service of TR Construction company. We would definitely use you again for other projects. Thank you!
Good customer experience overall. TR staff was professional and friendly.
Every one of each and every crew were wonderful, kind, funny, quiet, hard workers.....
Overall it was great. I especially appreciate the attitudes of everyone who came, polite and hard-working. However, I found three shining nails and 1 cigarette butt in the yard, and I have a little kid whose toddler friends come over and it was really dangerous for the 2 and 4 year olds.
Great job. We are very satisfied.
Great experience. Everyone was so professional. We felt like we were in excellent hands.
I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at TR Construction and I couldn't be happier with the results. Although I have bit challenges initially getting updates from my coordinator, they were professional, efficient, and friendly. The quality of their work was outstanding, they were even did an inspection after I installed the solar. Roof looks good and I have peace of mind knowing that it was installed properly and will last for years to come.
Everything was well organized and you did a great job. Delays were unfortunate, but expected due to the rain. I've had a number of people comment on how your price is high, but I never got another quote to compare against. This is an FYI though.
TR Construction quickly rescheduled the roof replacement. The job itself took a few days as promised and worked with our solar contractor. They updated us along the way and addressed any concerns because they cared about our satisfaction. We are happy with our new roof.
Mike came out to fix our roof and did an amazing job. We would definitely recommend TR Construction to others. We appreciate them getting us on the schedule as soon as possible during the rain too!
Great service and honest employee.
I appreciated the urgency to get our roof fixed. Each person we encountered was helpful. Thank you!
"After 10 year warranty is over" Sloppy workmanship. Cut the ridgeline vent 1inch X 6 feet too big, now leaks with heavy rain. Job wont pay enough to come out and fix it ! POOR clean up
Very knowledgeable and professional staff. They delivered what they promised, quality results with excellent value.
The team was efficient and professional. Considering all the weather during the period, the work was completed in a timely fashion.
Very pleased with work! Good service!
Mike, the roofer is very experience and hard worker, I am very happy with his work performance!
Great service
Mike Sr. was kind enough to mention some slipped tiles on our roof while he was working recently on our next door neighbor's roof. He was not only very professional but an all around great guy. And I was very happy to have him back sooner than later to fix our tiles before this current storm hit. Thanks Mike Sr. & TR Construction!
What a relief to have our roof tile tune-up handled so easily. TRConstruction was easy to schedule, easy to communicate with and on time. The day of the tune-up I wasn't home, so I called and asked if the work was done. The person I spoke to gave me a description and followed up with the invoice. Overall very confident in their company -
Well the rain this week tested the repair and no leaks. Everything was done quickly and professionally. I already recommended you ti my parents in Escondido who have a small leak.
Both Mike and his father were very professional and helpful with explaining everything about the repair and , of course, was very happy that they could come before all the rain !
I'm so pleased I went with TR Construction to replace my roof. Not only was the price fair, but the staff at every stage of the project were so nice and hardworking (Mike, office team, roof crews). They went above and beyond to make any mishaps fixed as well. Thanks, Tony! I love my new roof!
Totally awesome! 5 star rating.
TR Construction put a new roof on our rental in August of 2021 and we were so pleased with their work we also had them put a new roof on our own house in April of this year, 2022. They all were professionals who didn't mind answering our questions. Everyone, from the initial call to the office to the actual roofer, were so polite and understanding. Even the cleanup crew was meticulous in making sure nothing was left behind.
TR Construction did a great job with our roof about 15 years ago. The office staff are always helpful and the recent work on our chimney crown and flue was well done. I do recommend them.
It was awesome!
Generally speaking, very good. The estimate was prompt and basically reasonable. The work started as scheduled. I am happy with their job and would recommend to my friends.
Fantastic Experience from start to finish! Office staff polite and professional. Professional perfectionist workers were clean, courteous, and friendly. The additional work that I added after the initial bid was reasonably priced. Work completed within budget and on time. The owner is a local San Diegan that was personable and personally inspected the completed roof and landing extension, amazing! I will gladly recommend TR Construction to friends and family.
Mike was the best for assessing and communicating what needed to be repaired. Work progressed smoothly, and the debris was picked up and hauled off. Also, really happy there was a live person to answer your phone when I called. This shows good customer service.
Tony (you) and staff were pleasant. I recommended you to do our daughters house in Escondido. Can’t give a final on everything just yet until it rains, but so far so good.
My experience was good
Very skilled and professional roofers!
This is the second time we have used TR construction. Both times we found that the service was prompt, professional and friendly. The work was performed efficiently and on schedule. We've recommended TR construction to others who have had similarly positive. experiences.
Quality of work appears to have turned out well. A little minor issue with some siding, but overall the reroof looks good and hopefully will last for several years.
Our roof was leaking in the last rain storm and I contacted TR Construction on a recommendation from our son in law. Tony came out first thing and we had the repair done within a week. This is the second time we have used TR Construction and they are the best.
Best investment I made for this house! This is the 3rd time TR Construction has helped me with a major project and I must say, I am never disappointed. In fact, I'm ecstatic with the quality of the work and professionalism of the staff. I like to sit out front with my dog while working from home. But the angle of the sun allowed me only a few hours in the morning before I found myself cooking my skin. But with this truly awesome patio I'm now able to sit outside in sun, wind and rain and be very well protected. Additionally, the patio is so sturdy that I can safely walk on it to hang up my holiday decorations without fear of slipping down a steep slope. The best part is that if you didn't know better, you would think that the patio was built with the house. It looks and feels original. I'm posting a 'before' and several 'after' photos. It's hard to really get a sense of depth from shots taken from across the street. One of those photos was taken while it was raining. I got to stay dry! My "outdoor living room" gives me a whole new dimension to my home. Thank you Tony and TR Construction for a superbly built, wonderful new addition to my life. I am very, very happy! 😃
We first contacted TR Construction in 2018 when we bought a new home with old failing roof and looking rough on the outside. Owner Tony, who is a very friendly and knowledgeable professional, came out, gave us an estimate and provided references. The work started few weeks later and they did such a good job with stucco repairs, rebuilding dry rotted wood, painting exterior and replacing our roof. The TR Construction crew is truly awesome! They worked fast but always considered our comfort and safety: anytime they would see my car pull up they would stop all the work and make sure we get into the house safely, they kept work area clean too. At the end of 2019 we hired them again to remodel our two upstairs bathrooms. Once again it was a smooth process even with some delays from our cabinet and tile vendors, TR worked around it and never made a big deal. Every person who walked through our door from foreman, to tile guy, to plumber were super friendly and helpful and hard working. One of them even brought us super yummy pipping hot tamales around Christmas time, because my husband mentioned he loves them. Seriously the best bunch of guys! You can tell they enjoy working for TR and take pride of their work. I remember at the end of the remodel one of them said he is not leaving until we point out every thing no matter how small that we find imperfect and he fixed it all up. Our bathrooms turned out beautiful and they were very affordable too. Fast forward to early Jan 2023 (3 years past bathroom remodel). We come back from vacation and next day notice water running through the kitchen light from the upstairs bathroom. We couldn’t tell if it was from the toilet or shower. Fearing the worst we called TR in the morning, not expecting much but hoping at least to hire them again if another manor remodel is in the works. Their plumber was at our door in about 30minutes, it actually caught me by surprise on how fast he came. After running a bunch of tests he determined that it was a failed toilet wax ring (which happens spontaneously) and the water was already all dried, luckily we noticed it right away and didn’t continue using it. He fixed it all up didn’t even charge us a dime. While we were happy we didn’t have more work to be done, we were super impressed with TR’s response to our call. They could’ve simply said it’s not their problem after all those years, yet they still sent their guys to make sure shower waterproofing did not fail, etc. I will continue to recommend them to our neighbors and friends and will only hire them for our future remodels. Anybody can do the work, but TR does a very good work with smiles on their faces and stand by their work for years!
Great company to work with
We've had business in the past, and the past experience is what lead me to call back for future help. The communication was a little lacking this time after the quote was confirmed, but the overall work was still good. So no issues with keeping you in mind in the future.
Right now, everthing is good, no more roof leaking. Thank you.
Think over all your company does a great job, your employees did excellent work and we were very happy with the final outcome. The only problem we had was the time line, it took way longer than expected
TR Construction did a great job with my remodel! From the start, Tony came out and listened as we looked over the crude drawing I did on the IKEA website. He came back with a detailed scope of work and proposal. I had others come out and not even respond. His office worked with me with some minor revisions to the proposal before I signed. Tony kept his word to start the demo immediately while I was still there to ensure there weren’t any surprises. Tony used my crude kitchen plans I drew up on the IKEA website and worked with me to get my project laid out for the cabinets, electrical, and plumbing. I had a chance to meet with his employees on the job and most had worked for TR for years, which I think says a lot about Tony and his company. Since I was working back in the Bay Area, I was completely dependent on Tony and his crew to get the job done. Tony and his crew are top notch!
I was pleased with the professionalism and timing of the job.
Our roof was leaking after a big rain. Mike came out the next day and identified the issue and took photos documenting the issue. I was able to show the photos to the company that installed our solar panels and they remedied the problem because it was under warranty. Very helpful!
Overall it has been a very good experience with the company. Clear, responsive communications and quality work. I have and will recommend TR Construction. In fact, the company was recommended to me. However, in two instances aspects of the jobs were not completed and I had to call attention to it. These instances were promptly addressed and resolved. Interactions with all the people have been positive.
I contracted with TR Construction at the beginning of the year and was immediately impressed by their owner who came first. He gave a brief estimate and then gave me a very solid quote a day or two later. Although he took a little longer than expected, which is par for the course, he stayed on budget and more than exceeded my expectations finishing the project in less than 5 months, with the major delay being supply issues around the cabinets which was out of his control. As for the quality of the work, I could not have been happier. Truly excellent craftsmanship and all of his engineers/workers were very knowledgeable. Could not recommend them highly enough, would definitely do business with them again.
Very positive experience. Good workmanship and very nice people. Cost was affordable.
It was doubtful at first; but we worked out the problem
Our experience with your team was great. Mike was fantastic, and was able to get his team out to the house within days, to do a temporary fix/repair, prior to the rains. We are still planning on doing the entire roof replacement, but he was able to fix the leaks, so we did not jeopardize our kitchen remodel inside. Thanks again! Mark
Very good. Professional work and completed within the promised timeframe.
Our flat roof and regions on the main roof needed repair after some of the damage caused by heavier rain earlier this year. Mike was extremely helpful when he came out to diagnose the issue, providing a succinct summary of the work that needed to be done. The guys who did the work on our roof were very friendly and communicative through the process; the pics that Mike shared through the duration of the roof repair showed a job well done. Would highly recommend TR if you are looking for a team who does a thorough job.
The TR Construction team did an excellent job for our roof refelt project. The work was performed professionally and with a high level of attention to quality. The crew (Mike and Ryan) were friendly, courteous and took time to explain their work. Overall a great job.
Was good, Sal addressed my concerns and questions. Tear off crew was good although when they tore off flashing around chimney a chunk of brick came off so a little more careful around certain areas would be beneficial. Lots of nail pops coming thru that Sal cut and tried to fix. Overall I’m satisfied and roof looks good. Clean up was good.
I was very pleased with the whole experience. the crew were all very friendly and professional, and the work appears top notch.
The TR team was friendly, helpful, and very easy to work with!
Two of the hardest working professionals I have ever seen spent over two weeks overhauling our 36 year old roof and repairing termite damage. As new damage was uncovered I was always kept informed of everything needed. Additional supplies were always here when necessary and within 24 hours so there was no delay. The property was always completely clean after each day's work. Absolutely a fantastic job. Thank you TR Construction..
Great roofing company. They installed a nice roof, cleaned up and were courteous. At a competitive price.
TR Construction was extremely helpful to us. We needed some minor roof repair work done in a timely manner as part of our escrow after selling our home. *************************** was responsive, professional and came out to take look and give us a quote within a day of contacting him. Quote was provided within a couple days and work took place within the window of time we needed. Office staff was always courteous and professional on the phone. So pleased with their customer service as well as the quality of work done on our roof. THANK YOU!
I like manager ****'s work and service -- promptly, honestly and friendly. His team did a good job and the roof looks good after their repairs. Time will further verify the good results from their hard and thorough work. It's a good team work, from office to site work, from manager to workers on roof. Thanks everyone for the excellent service.
I like Mike’s work and service — promptly, honestly and friendly. His team did a good job and the roof looks good after their repairs. Time will further verify the results from their hard and thorough work. Thanks you, Mike and his team very much, and your office workers Edwin and Teresa as well. Hannah
Addendum to previous post: TR came out and cleaned the stained tile, then used a sealant and enhancer to prevent future issues. Our lesson learned on perhaps not choosing "tile" that requires so much grout in a high use, high moisture area but TR came through and rectified the situation. Highly recommend!
TR Construction took our project when no one else would. They were kind, polite, professional, and reasonable. The outcome is a beautiful new guest bathroom. Thanks TR, with special thanks to ****, *****, ******, ****, ******, *****, the Moras, and the other team members. I will recommend TR whenever I can.
We have roofing replacement performed by TR construction. They provided professional services, each task has specific team, all employees are the hard workers and responsible. All jobs were done well, on time as expected.
I was very happy with all aspects of my roofing project. Mike Jr. arrived on time. He was very thorough and provided a detailed estimate. He answered all of my questions. Jaime and crew were very professional. They worked efficiently and cleaned up every day. Theresa at the office was very helpful. I had a very good experience and am pleased with my roof. I highly recommend TR construction.
When I developed a roof leak this winter I was dreading the process of interviewing roofers. After talking with a few roofers, I remembered that TR Construction also does roofing. I had hired TR Construction a couple years back for a different project, and I was impressed with the quality of their work. I decided to hire TR based on their reputation for quality work and their willingness to stand behind their projects. Luckily, I got Mike and Ryan on my job, and they were fantastic. Meticulous attention to detail and they entertained all of my questions. They kept me informed every day, and I feel confident that I won't have any roof issues for many years.
We recently had a home rooftop solar installation completed through TR Construction. The work was performed in a superior manner, all the way from the initial estimate process to completion of the installation and to interaction with the city and SDGE for approvals. The office personnel were always responsive and the installers were professional, friendly, hard-working, and they took the time to answer our many questions.. We highly recommend TR construction and its solar installers for their superior work.
We recently had our roof replaced by TR construction and we are very pleased with their work. We were impressed with the professionalism of the company and how smoothly the entire process went, from the initial inspection and estimate by **** to the final walk through. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone from onsite workers to office staff. The roofing crew was polite, efficient, professional, and skilled. We highly recommend TR Construction, and look forward to working with them on other projects.
Extremely satisfied with the job done of re-roofing my home! The crew, specifically Jaimie and Gaspar, were professional, friendly and hard working! They completed the job expeditiously and kept me apprised with good communication! Good job in hiring and training employees! They are both keepers!
I hired TR Construction for a Tile Roof lift and relay on my 28 year old home. The roofing team showed up on the scheduled day and time and performed the work in approximately7 days. They cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job of accommodating my requests and communicating with me. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them on another home.
Roof work done quickly and professionally. Workers were courteous and very easy to work with. Do recommend some clarification on the roof brochure. Very satisfied with work done.
TR Construction Roofing specialist Mike quickly found the reason for the water leak at my home. His crew arrived early in the morning and had the repair complete in just a few hours. After a spotless cleanup I now look forward to many years of a leak proof roof. Thank you RB
Thank you **** Rossetti for making my dream walk in shower a reality! TR Construction entire crew on this project did an awesome job from demo to final plumbing hardware/ repairs/painting etc. Your tile man is truly an artist! Your office crew is outstanding too! I truly enjoyed working this project with TR construction their prices are competitive & I highly recommend them!!****** G
Very quick response to my inquiry. Provided a no pressure bid and answered all my questions. The crew was polite and professional, explained what they would be doing and did a good job of the site cleanup afterwards.
Thank you **** Rossetti for another outstanding job.We had to repair and repaint our fascia and *****. TR Construction did a wonderful job. They are very reliable, professionals, lovely people to work with and their prices are competitive. I highly recommend them. I would definitely hire them for our next home improvement project.
*** started my fascia boards project more than a week earlier than quoted (YAY!). The crew did an excellent job in two visits, and cleanup was thorough and faster than expected. The finishing work of stucco patches and touch-up painting was done poorly by a 2-person team (even though the project manager was here with me and told them exactly what needed to be done). Upon my advising the office the next morning of these quality issues, they sent out 2 workers--one was the lead worker on the fascia boards project, and another person who was requested to fix the issues. They were both here within an hour of my call. They both discussed what needed to be done and took pictures. The one worker stayed and did a FANTASTIC job! He was professional, personable, and did top-notch work. It's been more than a week since everything was completed, and I'm a bit disappointed that there hasn't been a follow-up call or visit from the *** office...
Our house project is finally complete and we couldn’t be happier with the work done by TR CONSTRUCTION! We had decided to upgrade our house instead of selling. Our projects included adding 238 sq feet to the existing family room; scraping the popcorn ceilings throughout the house; demo stone fireplace and add new tile from floor to ceiling; build new patio area (slab and cover); remove all wood areas on exterior of house and replace with stucco; upgrade electrical panel; paint exterior of the house and most interior areas. In addition, we had them demo our old “wood” retaining wall and had them push our hill back about 3-4 feet and build a new concrete retaining wall. TR Construction also ensured we had proper drainage in the back yard so that any water would flow away from the house. These folks are awesome! All of the office staff are very responsive; sub-contractors (framers, demo, drywall, electricians and concrete crews, etc) are masters of their trade and everyone is very professional and polite. Our project took 5 1/2 months instead of 4 1/2 but that’s understandable because of the additional work that needed to done (which was agreed upon by all parties before hand).
Great team to work with, competitive pricing, and fantastic results! We are now starting our ************** with TR.
We had TR Construction do about 1/5 of our tile roof, through a lift and relay, about 5 year ago. Very satisfied at that time, so used them again to complete the rest of the roof. Mike Hernandez came out and worked with me to set out a contract and the specifics of the job. Very helpful and professional process. Job was started as per contract. Jaime Galindo was the job foreman and he was very conscientious in explaining the process before they started and as the work progressed. The whole crew was very hard working and the job was completed on schedule. Did cleanup every day and left a organized job site. From what I can see from the ground, it all looks beautiful. All hip, ridge and wall openings were cemented and provides an artisanal touch to the roof. Final contract payment was as per the contract. Yes, I would use them again.
TR Construction did an outstanding job of installing a new roof on our single family home. We belong to two HOAs, a local and master, and both are very strict when it comes to regulations for roofing. TR exceeded all of the HOAs strict regulations with flying colors. In fact, TR's work was so good, two of our neighbors have contracted with them. I recommend TR to anyone without hesitation.
Our bed and bath look like a picture from HGTV! Construction crews and office personnel were very easy to work with and provided helpful suggestions along the way. Second contract with TR, and we would do it again. **************
This is the third time using TRC. Once again they did not disappoint. TRC was responsive and professional. The crews were respectful of our needs and carried out their job keeping us informed. Estimate was spot on. TRC told us how much $$ would be needed to start project, remainder was due after owner did a walk through with us and ensured we were satisfied with their work. During the walk through, **** wanted to know how well his employees or sub contractors met our needs and expectations. He care about his customers, employees and his business. I will be calling on they again without reservation.
Hi TR Construction, My wife and I want to thank everyone for taking care of us over the past several months. Both jobs went super well and we are very pleased with the result. Our greatest thanks to Diana and Mike for taking extra special care of us and answering all our questions before, during and after the projects were completed. We have shared your company info with many friends and will continue to do so. Thanks so much! Saul Kane
Our roof sprung a leak after the major rainstorm in December. After 30+ years, our roof was due to be replaced. We decided on a whole roof replacement (i.e. paper and all new tiles). We selected 4 companies to get an estimate. After checking construction licenses, proof of insurance and reviews, we narrowed it down to 2 companies. We chose TR construction due to the fact that there was no upselling. They didn't call me at all hours hounding me about choosing them. And talking to them, they seemed more knowledgeable than the other company. From the time we signed the contract to actual repairs took about 2 months but that was due to waiting for our roof tiles from the manufacturer. Actual repair and replacement took about 2 weeks, due to the intermittent rain during the repairs. The whole process exceeded our expectations. TR Construction took the stress level out of the whole process for us. Everyone was professional and worked diligently to get our roof finished. Our yard was cleaned up daily. The ending invoice was about 2K over the contract price but that was due to the large amount of wood that needed to be replaced on our home due to termite damage. And it was a lot of wood. Our roof looks awesome. We will definitely look to TR Construction for any future construction needs on our home. We highly recommend this company
TR Construction has been my go to team since 2003. I met TR through a friend of mine and have been working with them ever since. Some of the work TR has performed for me was a new roof installation and a brand new kitchen remodel. Those were the two major projects I had for my home. Over the years they have done repairs with eaves and some painting. I would highly recommend using TR Construction for your projects. TR will treat you right and make sure you are happy when the project is finished. Thanks TR for your professionalism and dedication to making your customers happy.
TR Construction did a great job on our project. They were responsive to all our concerns and delivered high quality work. I'd recommend them highly to anyone else in San Diego. Tony, the owner, is great and he ensured that everything kept moving along as planned.
The TRC Team exceeded my expectations from the project estimate phase with Mike through the project completion with the various TRC construction professionals. Great communication throughout the project with the roof professionals Mike and Ryan as well as Steve the professional carpenter. Although, my deadline was tight due to my upcoming house inspection, I was really impressed with Mike and Ryan’s attention detail resolving several issues with my roof and not compromising the project deadline. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience throughout this journey. Definitely, my go to contractor for future work. I highly recommend TRC if you are looking for a premium contractor who delivers excellent craftsmanship and meets the project deadline. A special thanks to Teresa and Diana who were able to ensure the project would be completed on time for my inspection. Keep up the great work!
We had water leakage due to improperly installed siding. TR Construction looked at the damage, made a quote which we accepted and completed the work promptly and correctly. They were professional and timely. We will consider them in the future because we are quite satisfied with their work.
TR Construction is excellent! I really appreciated the detailed estimate which included information about projected time to begin and complete my roofing repair project. Each time I called the office, I was able to speak to a real person right away. They were also honest. I thought I needed more work done than was actually necessary, and they were kind enough to let me know what wasn't needed. The 10-year warranty gives me piece of mind and tells me that they stand behind their work.
TR construction was great and easy to work with and was very affordable compared to others. They finished our roof very quickly, the crew was friendly, and they picked up all their trash. Was very grateful to have had this company out. I’m the future will will contact them again for future projects as they do a vast majority of anything pertaining to remodels.
We used TR Construction when we wanted a new roof in 2002 and were very pleased with all aspects of their work, so it only made sense when we needed minor roofing repairs, recently that we reached out to them again. So happy that we did, because they continue to impress us with excellent work and customer service.
Mike Hernandez checked our tile roof out for a 'tune up', and gave an accurate appraisal of what it needed, and a fair cost. A few days later two of his very experienced workers were on site to do the work. They were fast and efficient, and very neat and clean. The whole job was completed in about a half day of work. We are very happy with the results, and will continue to do business with TR Construction.
My experience working with TR Construction was awesome! Mike Hernandez was friendly, professional, he explained the process and timeline. Their quote was competitive with other companies. They completed the work in a timely manner, picked up the old skylights and I paid over the phone. I'll contact them in the future when I need their services. I'm also a Realtor, so I'll be referring them to my clients and to other Realtors I know throughout the county.
Tony and his company are absolutely fabulous to work with. Always showed up on time, very professional, super nice guys. We had a patio cover built in our backyard and they also put on a new roof. The quality is absolutely outstanding. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
TR Construction installed a retaining wall for us and did an amazing job! The crew dug everything out by hand; reinforced the wall with rebar, concrete, backfilled it and sealed it with a water barrier. We also had them repair a leak in our main bathroom; they had to demo everything and when the work was done, it was BEAUTIFUL!
So far, we’ve been super happy with the quality of work and attentiveness from everyone we’ve dealt with at TR Construction. The shower remodel turned out great and we’re looking forward to see how the rest of our project (room addition & patio) work out as well. Keep up the great work! Dan & Diana Muzquiz
Our roof was leaking so we called for a repair. I asked the roofers to check the condition overall. After investigating and taking photos, we agreed that a roof replacement was in order. TR got us on the docket and followed up with pretty good communication. Because we had solar panels that needed to be removed and then replaced, the job took a bit longer. All in all, it was about 4-5 weeks from the initial investigation to getting bids, to finishing the project. Outstanding workers were: Teresa (office), father and son Michaels (management), Rudy and Jose (roofers). The roofers were amazing: prompt, diligent, mutually cooperative, and careful to clean up. The solar guy also made an extra trip to replace some parts he knew were faulty. Obviously TR Construction must treat their employees well because their employees give their very best effort. Even though the cost of this kind of job was "through the roof," so to speak, we couldn't have had a company more deserving of the payment.
We have an older roof that had numerous leaks over the years in different parts of the roof needed a complete Tile Felt Relay to resolve/avoid further problems. I had used TR in the past and for spot repairs and adding some rain gutters and was satisfied with their work. Their price was very competitive with other bids I received. The TR staff that worked on our roof (Jamie being the lead) could not have been more professional and responsive to our needs and questions. The job-site was cleaned up every day before they left and they they met their estimated schedule despite some rain during the install. We would highly recommend them and are very satisfied!
It was intimidating to face having our entire roof "reset", but the folks at TR were fantastic in making it a easy journey! Mike Hernandez did a great job in assessing our job and answered all our calls promptly and courteously, and answered our questions with detailed expert answers. In the office, Linda, Teresa and Diane were always available to promptly address any issues that came up. Finally, Jaime and his crew of roofers were a pleasure to work with! Jaime was always cheerful, professional, and accommodating! He and his crew did a great job in correcting all the problems in our roof and restoring it to "as new" condition after 25+ years of wear and tear. Now that their work is done, we actually miss them and hope we'll see them on our next job! We are so happy and relieved to have picked TR Construction to restore our roof and look forward to having them address our future needs!
TR Construction was an absolute pleasure to work with! Every person we spoke to and met were friendly and helpful. They were quick and reliable. We had several broken roof tiles that they replaced. Definitely recommend this company!
I was satisfied with the work and everyone was very pleasant. The trouble was that the work wasn't completed in a timely manner. I never could count on workers showing up when they were supposed to. I never got any explanation as to why that happened. Anyway, I'm glad the work is done. Maybe this is a difficult time to get workers. I'm just glad the work is completed
Price estimate was reasonable. Repair work was completed fairly quickly. Completely satisfied.
Updated August 2021 - This is the second time we've used TR Construction and the results are the same as before - excellent work, friendly and attentive crews, and good customer service. We had a portion of our ceiling collapse and TR Construction sent a crew out to clean-up the mess, even before we even contracted with them to do the repairs. They've become our go-to source for our home construction needs. I highly recommend them. TR Construction has been an excellent partner in our kitchen remodel project. The work entailed removing walls, adding structural support in the ceiling, and electrical. The crews were always pleasant, helpful, and cleaned up every day after they were done. I recommend them for your home remodeling projects.
Great value! They did a very good job re-roofing a very complex multi-planed, steep roof on my Tudor style house. Half the roofers declined to offer a bid as they did not have the expertise to work on a steep roof, and many gave bids that were two or three times as much! As a result I ended up having to get many bids; TR came in at the best three. I chose them for two reasons: they use their own staff so I didn't have to worry about contractors not being paid; and since they are roof specialists as well as a remodeling company, I knew they were capable of handling any unforeseen problems that could have surfaced on this old house. I was very thorough and careful in my screening process to make my short list, and just as careful in selecting the winning bidder. Just based on my screening, I already loved this company before they even started the job, and they performed as I predicted - beautifully! In more ways than one; I was an A.S.I.D. designer so I'm aesthetically sensitive. Anyone would be remiss if they neglected to get a bid from TR Construction for their project. My roof's architectural design proved to be a sorting test that really separated the men from the boys. You can hire them with confidence!
We are pleased with TR Construction. They just recently completed the roof replacement and drywall/paint job. It was a very smooth process. The office staff was always helpful, not a miss, and I'm one high maintenance customer! :-) With TR Construction, everything was so stress-free. I will certainly be a return client. Erma W.
We decided to build an ADU and selected 4 companies to interview. Out of the four companies, TR Construction gave the best price. After checking referrals, we narrowed it down to two companies. In the end, Tony, the owner, gave us the most confidence because of his responsiveness and energy. These qualities were important to us because this was our first big project. After our first meeting, Tony came back with an architect that knew the city's codes and helped us understand what was and was not allowed, and how the ADU could be positioned in the backyard. After those meetings, we went to see an addition that TR was building, and we were impressed by the quality of the construction. During construction TR used high quality materials and components. We compared the quality of our ADU to that of an ADU that was built by flippers in our neighborhood. Seeing how the flipper's ADU was built, made us realize how sound the construction of our ADU is. There were challenges during the construction, which is expected in any project like this undergone during the pandemic. But, Tony always stayed true to the contract and addressed all our concerns in a timely manner. Additionally, Tony noticed that the roof of our own home did not have sufficient ventilation resulting in excess moisture in the attic causing leaks in the ceiling. He fixed this at no extra charge. The end result has exceeded our expectations. Our ADU looks spacious, airy and styleful. Our guests and renters love it. Our experience with TR was a very pleasant one. We would recommend this company to anyone who wants to build an ADU or change/repair the roof. We loved the team and had a great click with the owner. We are very happy that we have chosen TR Construction.
Mike, Ryan and Angel were very professional in their work ensuring the job was completed to my satisfaction and the job site was clean. The office staff kept me informed when the different crews would arrive. I plan to use TR construction again and recommend them. This was the first time I used their services.
Had a really nice guy come out to quote us on new kitchen cabinets and wainscoting in two rooms. Received a call back letting me know that I need to look for another contractor and that they were busy. I asked if it was something that I can follow up on maybe next year since I could wait on my project and was told to call someone else. Not sure if they just didn't want to do the work for me or if my project was too small. Either way it was a strange response with very little information. I wish they would have let me know on the initial phone call that they were not taking on new projects rather than wasting everyone's time with an in person quote.
Excellent excellent! Professional, kind, and courteous. Our leaking roof was fixed in a timely manner and they gave us detailed advice on how to avoid further problems. Thank you, Mike and Ryan!
This company is very responsive for roof repair and replacement. I have had to call on them a few times to handle emergency roof leaks on two homes we own in carmel valley and delmar mesa. I recently did a complete roof replacement and very happy with workmanship.
Great experience with good workers. They were on time after they finished their work they did all clean up thanks tr construction.
I do not do Social Media. Mike and Ryan are fantastic. I should have not anticipated what they are supposed to do and left them alone. They know what I am talking about. It's so embarrassing. But I tried. Job well done. Thank you TR Construction. Thank you Mike and Ryan. And kudos to young Mikey as well. Only the best.
Just had my roof installed by TR Construction. The team of workers were amazing! The tear off team was meticulous with protecting my property from any roof debris. My entire yard had tarps and all debris was cleaned up. They also went to my neighbors to check there yard as well. The clean up was amazing. They were truly a professional team. The roofers exceeded my expectations. Professional and worked diligently to get my roof finished before the scheduled timeframe. Again, meticulous clean up. My roof looks amazing!!!! So glad I hired TR Construction. I would highly recommended this company.
The TR Construction Roofing Team went out of their way to ensure our peace of mind when replacing, repairing and updating our home's "tired" roof and vent piping. We were impressed by their individual knowledge, hands-on experience and attention to detail. Also the efficient co-ordination of the project and subsequent follow-up was greatly appreciated. Each of the team members (Mike, Teresa, Diane, Rudi, Romeo, Jaime and Angel) were a pleasure to work with. We can highly recommend this company. Thank you everyone.
I am glad I choose TR Construction for Roof replacement of My house. Thanks a lot to Mike, Office staff, Jaime and his crew. They were all very courteous and professional. I will definitely referred this company to my friends.
If you need a new roof, TR Construction is the company you want to use. They are very professional, friendly, and clean. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and the job was completed in the time frame they initially stated. Their prices were competitive and honestly, we are very happy with the results! Mike was our sales person. He wasn't pushy, but was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. Give him a call, you won't regret it!
TR Construction is one of the best companies that I have ever done business with. The owner, Tony Rosetti, is wonderful. He is a total professional, very friendly, and easy to work with. His estimate was well thought out and compared to all the other painters I got bids from, TR Construction was the best. The painting crew from TR Construction was amazing. The attention to detail was always a top priority and the painters were such hard workers their diligence was very impressive. The painters were also very friendly and easy to work with and their work was top notch in every way. They went over and beyond to do the best job on my house. I would highly recommend TR Construction to everyone I know.
We were referred to RT to re-roof our house. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. We would definitely recommend them.
I have used TR to remodel my home and rental property. Thier work is excellent. I appreciate the responsiveness of the team and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
I've been living in La Jolla since 1978 and I've multiple roofers and by far these two fellas, Mike and Ryan, are the best roofers Ive experienced in every way. (Technical skills, and personal relations) Dr. Joe Shurman MD Pain Specialist Dr. Gloria Shurman, Former Chair of Psychology at Scripps
The crew for my Roof Mark and Ryan and my exterior painting by Flavio and his partner and project supervisor Mike were always communicative arrived on time kept my roof water tight at all times. The way my home is- painters had to walk on clay tiles- and the roofing team picked up behind them seamlessly. i have rain gutters and they painted behind them without dismantling them and protected my windows and doors. They spent four plus weeks- meticulously working around weather and product shortage- tiles. They had to walk an entire roof side of tiles- because the tile delivery was on ground and not on roof. Nothing fazed this team. They are the best. My roofer used a specialized concrete colored to match my roof tiles- his own creation. All in all- TR construction should be your company for all your construction needs. Locally owned, they are licensed and bonded and never subcontract their work- they leave worksite clean everyday. God Bless them for taking care of my 33 year old home. I should say- I had no leaks or issues- just age of my home that prompted the project. I could never say thanks enough.
TR Construction was referred to me by a semi-retired roofing contractor and I am extremely pleased with the fantastic job TR did on my roofing and beams. Mike did an excellent job of assessing my needs and proposed a perfect solution. Jaime was great to work with and kept me well informed as he and the crew went about their tasks professionally and efficiently. Even the cleanup crew did a remarkable job in returning my yard back to normal. The finish work done on stucco and painting around the new beams turned out great. Teresa was terrific at keeping me up to date on scheduling. All of the people involved in the project were professional, considerate, and friendly. From this experience, I will definitely consider TR Construction for any of my future projects.
Entire experience great. Mikey and crew Mike, Ryan & Kenny and office staff Teresa & Dianne excellent. Whole process very professional. Explained every step, answered all questions. Happy to use this company again and highly recommend them.
I had TR Construction replace a part of my roof before adding panels. They had to delay one week because of rain but was able to come the following week and finished the job in a day. Roof looks great, Mike was great to work with and the price was fair.
Our current roof was almost 30 years old and was starting to develop some leaks and other issues. A family member recommended TR and we weren’t disappointed. Mike H. and his counterpart (the roofers) did a great job replacing the entire roof and making all the necessary repairs. Mike was very forthcoming with pictures and videos to show us what he found and explain his concerns while also providing options on how to proceed. He was also extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure we understood everything going on with the roof. As such, he was always very candid and gave an honest appraisal; there was never any push to do more than was needed or upsell. Overall, they did a great job and we feel confident that our roof will be in great shape for many years to come. Compared to some of the other roofs we’ve seen around the neighborhood that were repaired/replaced by other companies, these guys definitely did not cut any corners or do anything less than a great job. While we did have an issue that popped up, However, Tony (the owner) personally showed up to meet with me and discuss it. He quickly addressed our concerns and made sure that we were 100% satisfied with all aspects of the job and process. It was great to see a business owner take the time to listen to concerns, take full responsibility, address the issue, and ensure that we were satisfied with the resolution. Working with TR was a positive experience and we would definitely recommend them to others (and will certainly consider them when it comes to other repairs or remodels).
TR Construction is second to none for roofing (new or repair). Their installers are top-notch and friendly. They took care of our roof as if it was their own. You'd be crazy not to include TR when you're getting quotes for your roof install/repair.
Armando and his helper were very professional and cleaned after themselves before they leave every day.
I am pleased with the repair done on my roof that was leaking. The inspector found the cause of the leak from one tile plus some misplaced and damaged tiles were found that need to be replaced. He sent me pictures of the condition of the roof and provided me the repair estimate of which I thought was fair. The repair was completed as scheduled and and so far my roof has not shown any more leak during the last few days it rained.
We are very pleased with T.R. Construction. All employees were courteous and professional. Workmanship was in accordance with material supplier's instructions. Roofing was secured weathertight every evening. Heavy rain and strong winds encountered during the job were not a problem. My job was a lift and replace tile roofing. Mike was the project manager. In the bidding process Mike was exceptional and made a good faith effort to pre-price wood replacement. His estimates were very close to the final count - amazing as much of the wood could not be inspected. Mike was careful to address all of our concerns. The single final inspection item was addressed within a few days. If you have a roofing project - I recommend you call these folks up and get a proposal. They were very competitive pricewise and we felt comfortable working with them. They did not disappoint.
The paper on our roof was the original, nearly 35 years old, and well past the time to replace it. We had grown tired of hiring for one-off repairs and were looking to hire a general contractor who could fix the majority, if not all, of the work we wanted done around our home. We got quotes from multiple contractors for the roof, and we went with TR Construction. What we initially liked: - family run - local (we live in Mira Mesa) - diverse workforce - they had patched the roof for us about 10 years prior and the patch held - 10 year warranty on the roof What we liked about TR Construction compared to other contractors: - double layers of 40 lb paper - quote included an estimate of the wood that would likely need to be replaced (most other contractors' quotes didn't include the price of wood so we had no indication how high the ultimate cost would be) - quote included painting any installed wood and reinstalling the rain gutters (some contractor's quotes did not include the paint and rain gutters, we'd have to hire someone else for that or do it ourselves) - assured us that the roof would be water proof at end of each day, so we'd be in good shape if it rained overnight (and it did) - Mike was prompt and friendly during consultation and communicative afterwards too! - offered to do, and did, a patch job for our active leak ahead of the full roof since they were 10-12 weeks out What we liked about their service: - covid protections: crew was masked and distant when on the ground - estimates were pretty close! They got to us 10 weeks after we signed the contract. They used a bit more wood than estimated, but it was within reason and honestly I thought they would use much more than that. They were done within a week, as they predicted. - crew was friendly and prompt! Bryan was very helpful in explaining where they were in the process. They worked from about 7:30am to 5:00pm each day, with a lunch break. - crew cleaned up the worksite every day. They kept the supplies around, and they swept up the debris so we weren't walking through a construction zone each night We're glad we went with TR Construction! We already told Mike that we wanted a quote for the next project. We look forward to working with them again soon!
This is a supplemental review from the original post on 12-28-20. After meeting with the owner Tony and the project manager Mike the issue has been resolved to everyone's satisfaction.
I contracted to have 3 jobs, new roof installation, paint the outside of the house. and gutter installation. I would hire TRConstruction again. The roofers were the best I've seen. Completed teardown, wood replacement, and roofing in 4 days. Left work sight very clean. My house looks awesome as the painters did a great job. The did great inspection and touch up. They respond timely to issues and fixed them without issue. The gutter job itself is professional. I wanted a rain barrel to collect run off. I placed the barrel in a location to collect water. After it rained I discovered it was a poor location to collect rain water. A couple of weeks later TRCONSTRUCTION came and move the collection location. This company stands behind their product
We had structural damage which resulted in a bathroom remodel. From the skilled workmen to the front office, everyone made this lengthy project go smoothly. Quality work and professionalism.
We chose TR Construction to remove and put on a new roof and had an excellent experience. We considered five different roofers and ultimately chose TR construction because of their many years of experience and employee retention, impeccable reviews, competitive price and the recognition of their professionalism. During the process it was clear they cared about the customer and not just about getting the job done and moving on to the next one. Sal was a pleasure to work with. He treated our house as though it was his. We truly recommend TR Construction to do your roof. You will not be disappointed.
TR Construction was without doubt one of the best companies I had ever worked with. I wish I had them do the other projects on my house instead of the other companies I used that were just mediocre at best. TR Construction is top notch, honest, fair priced, cares about their customers, and does quality work. I'm glad I found this diamond in the rough.
I have used TR Construction twice in the last 13 years, the first job they completed for me was a tile roof installation, and most recently they replaced a 20 foot beam and 5 rafters over the front entry way to our home with the installation of a skylight dome. I couldn't be more happy with both jobs as well as the entire staff at TR. His office staff is always polite, courteous and very responsive to my needs. His field staff is engaging and professional while working on my home. I would fully recommend TR Construction for any roofing or home remolding projects. I will be using TR for another home project in the next couple of weeks as well. Thanks Tony you're the best.
This company is excellent. Had different jobs done by them. New concrete patio, stucco work, new facia boards and garage studs plus painting. All were great, and if there are problems they will take care if it right away. Also signed new contract to replace double pane windows in two bedrooms, also plan on having them repaint the house this spring. Also their worker are very friendly and I enjoy having them around. Post a previous review when they replaced my roof prior to putting on solar; excellent job. They get a 10+ from me.
Great for larger projects. The lady that answered the phone, Ms. Linda was very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with quality referrals. I greatly appreciate her hospitality.
I'm very happy to express my thoughts regarding TR Construction. I was most impressed with their customer service. Diane and Theresa were the best. They always let me know the next steps of the work and when that would occur. Of course the job itself was done to perfection. I'm so pleased we selected TR Construction to do the work. Their workers were very friendly. They made a conscious effort to clean up at the end of the day's work. I couldn't be more happy with the results.
We were happy with the repair overall but upon scheduling the project there was difficulty with communicating when and how the job would be completed. Meaning your office changed the start and finish date a few times without letting us know what was happening. Thanks
I called TR Construction about a granny flat being built. I don't know anything about what costs are or how this works and I let the person that answered the phone know this. She was polite and nice and suggested to let her boss Tony call me. When he called me I had questions reference how financing worked. This guy is a money hungry jerk who has no time to explain or answer any questions. If you don't have money or make any inclination that you have money he doesn't want to talk to you. He was rude, and then said he was going to call me back but I knew he wasn't. If I could call him a few explicit names I would! His company was just the first I happened to call in trying to find out how things worked and he left a really bad taste in my mouth for contractors. Money hungry sleeze of a jerk that cares nothing about the customer but more of show me the money up front then I will answer your questions.
Excellence is what describes TR Construction. From beginning to end our experience with TRC was excellent. We hired TRC to repair our roof that had started to reveal leakage after hard rains. They were professional and positive from first contact and scheduling to final cleanup. They were very knowledgeable and equipped to assess the root cause of our particular problem. They were capable of articulating the problem and solution. They had a clear understanding of our roof materials and what was required to assure a quality result. They're workmanship was no less impressive. This is a company that knows what they are doing.
The service I have always received from TR Construction over the years has never been anything but great. Since you put my roof years ago, you have always been fair, honest and a great company to work with and fixing any problems I have had in the past. All the personnel we have dealt with have been very nice and kind to us always. Thank you so much Tony and the rest of your crew for everything over the years and how you have treated myself and my mother.
I am so impressed by TR construction's work! Their price is very competitive with 3 year warranty. Since the roof leak was under the solar panel, it took me over a month negotiated the solar company to schedule the solar panel removal. TR has been waiting so patiently for the result and adjusted the price once solar company agreed to remove the panel. Once I gave the panel removal date to TR, they schedule the repair just the day after, not wasting a single day!! When the crew came (actually even a bit earlier than scheduled time), Mike was so professional, carefully examined the exact location of the leaks in the house and its associated roof location, replaced many many broken tiles and even left us a couple of spare ones for future use, and finished the job beautifully in just one day. Mike took a lot of pictures/videos of the roof leak with convincing evidence that the leak was caused by the solar panel installation. That will give us the chance to get reimbursed (if possible) for the damage done by solar company, could save us thousands of dollars. I could not be happier. I would love to recommend TR construction to anyone who wants roof work without any hesitation.
TR Construction has done an excellent job on all my facia wood replacement, roof damage repair and awning repair. They cleaned up each day. All of their workers, roof repair, carpenter, and painters were efficient and experienced. It was a joy to hire a professional company that was both reasonable priced and efficient. I recommend TR Construction!
It is a nice company. You really do a good job in a good price.thanks
We went with this company when we needed our roof replaced. Their quote was very reasonable and they seemed very professional. We had a rough time with my solar company, trying to get my solar company to get the panels off of my roof and they were understanding and patient with that and were able to start the job the day after the panels came off. They started on a Wednesday and were done on Monday and cleaned up on tuesday and then did a walk through with us on Wednesday. The guys who did the construction were great. During the walk through he noticed some wood on the eves that they had replaced so he called their painter out for the next day to paint the raw wood and that guy was very polite and quick and he got the same exact paint that I had showed him we used on the eves a year prior. They also replaced 4 of my skylights and were quite efficient and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this company.
Excellent experience with rebuilding my 34 yr old roof. Great craftsmen for handling the repairs needed. Always on time....and they were very responsive to a request for quote. Also handled my mom's roof repair in a timely and cost effective basis.
We were very happy about the service received. People at TR Construction provided very detailed and professional estimate at the beginning, and coordinated work schedule with us like a clock work. Groups of workers each day are very professional. All follow-up minor work were done quickly. The recommended color of materials looked beautiful once in place. We are very happy about the job done.
I chose to use TR Construction for my roofing project for 3 reasons. First, my on-line research showed them to be reputable with good reviews. Second, I needed to have a company with experience with solar panels as my project required panel removal and re-installation. And third, TRC came in as the lowest bid out of 3 bids. My project did get pushed out a week beyond the scheduled start date, but was ultimately completed efficiently once the job started. I would use TRC again on future projects, and would suggest to have them bid your project.
Outstanding in all regards. On time (actually finished early), under budget due to scope change and really easy to work with. I would hire them again.
We are very happy with the work TR did for us. Your staff was always on time, cleaned up after the work, did a good job and was very pleasant to work with. Will recommend them to others.
Thank you for the beautiful roof. And for all the other work done around the house. Your staff is professional and hard working, and the end product is more than I ever expected. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!
TR Construction performed reroof jobs on two homes for us. We were very impressed with their commitment to us as customers and the professionalism of everyone involved. Mike and Kenny, the roofers on our primary residence were professional and highly committed to quality in all aspects of the work. Everyone was committed to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend TR Construction.
I had TR Construction repair a roof leak in the winter of 2017 and was satisfied with the service. Three years later, I discovered water stains on my ceiling in the same spot so I called them back. They sent out the same repairman (who remembered the job) the next day. He removed the tiles and found the area to be clean and dry, so he removed some adjacent tiles and found a different leak (insufficient tile overlap). He fixed the problem in about 30 minutes and refused to accept payment. These guys are solid and stand behind their work. I'll be contacting them when the time comes to replace the roof.
I needed to repair a leaky roof after noticing it from the rain we've had about a month ago. TR Construction responded quickly after reaching out to them. Mike H. actually arrived earlier than the intended appointment time (a courtesy call would have been nice to warn me, because I was preoccupied before the appointment, but at the same time, he arrived early, so no real complaints there). I showed him where the leak was, and traced how it flowed over our garage. Off the bat, he knew instantly where the issue was and what needed to be done to replace it. Just to be sure, he tested it out before to confirm. In his words, he was able to "save me some headache and money." He explained where exactly the leak was, what needed to be done, and how I can fix it myself if I wanted to. Since he was already there and knew what I needed, I asked if it's something he can go ahead and do if he had the materials already. Not only was he saving me a headache and money, but he was saving me time too, especially when I have a 6 month old that I am currently caring for. Not only did Mike repaired the needed area, he went around and checked the other areas to make sure they're still ok, and gave a little TLC for those too. Shortly after, we tested the leaky area and sure enough, it was resolved! Overall, I think Mike went above and beyond taking care of the issue. Thank you!
Tony and his crew just finished up our renovation and we couldn't be happier. All the workmen were polite and friendly and did great work. The office staff was easy to communicate with and prompt with responses. We really appreciated the fact that his company doesn't use subcontractors. They replaced our roof and facia boards, installed a window and remedied water damage from a leaky slider. We highly recommend TR Construction.
Our roof began leaking after this last huge storm. We called TR Construction and we received a friendly call back within hours from Teresa. She was positive and upbeat, walking us through the next steps and informing us of who would be coming to look at the roof. Mike came the very next day! He, too was friendly and professional, and took his time looking for the problem. Due to CoVID-19 he wore his mask and maintained an appropriate distance, all the while showing us the photos he took of the roof and his recommendation for repairs. No one ever wants a leaky roof, but at least we have TR Construction here to help! We look forward to working with them!
TR Construction did an outstanding job installing my new roof. They made the process easy and were true professionals throughout the job.
We had our roof retiled recently by TR construction. The job was done professionally and our new roof has no problem so far. We selected them for this job because of our prior experience with their warranty service was quite good.
Had TR Construction out to repair different part my roof over the last 3 years. Tony and his crew are always very professional and the workmanship is outstanding. Great company if you need any work on your roof.
I first hired TR Construction in 2013 to fix a failing slanted roof and renovate my parents' home. After getting several bids, TR Construction was the most affordable. My mom was concerned with all the construction workers coming in and out of the house, but after a week or so, she was able to remember the crew and grew at ease with them working around and in the house. The house renovations were completed on time and without any extra major costs. My brother was so impressed by their work and professionalism that he hired them in 2017 to fix his leaky roof and do some minor home renovations. Fast forward to October 2018, I was finally able to afford my house remodel and room addition. When it came time to proceed with this daunting home improvement project, there was no doubt that I would hire TR Construction. My house renovation and remodel was worth every penny. The work Tony's entire crew did was excellent! I trusted them to make my aging house feel solid and safe again and they delivered! I completely trust TR Construction from their wonderful and kind office staff to all their work crew. Thank you Tony and crew for making my old house look beautiful again!
Mike and Mike Jr. are the best at roofing bar none!! Kenny is a great helper always eager to please. Flavio is a “Master” painter. There are no words to describe my confidence in my roofing job. Only negative is the scheduling time. I think it is still worth it for peace of mind. Thank you all. Fred Schwartz
Mike came out and was very friendly and gave us his prediction on what was causing water to leak into our attic area. Did a complete inspection of our roof which was fine. We had a hole in our stucco that was causing our leak. Mike gave us an estimate for the repair. Don't know how that happened but his worker fixed it and took time to complete the repair. Originally this company put our roof on in 1997. They are a great trustful company and would recommend them.
We needed to ventilate our garage and didn't really know what to do. We called TR Construction and told them what we thought we needed and they immediately gave us options that were correct. We scheduled an appointment to have the work done. Ken & Mike came on the day arranged and on time. They were professional, courteous and quick. The staff in the office are sweethearts to work with. We would highly recommend TR Construction to any one needing any type of roofing or roofing repairs.
Terrible customer service, the two women who answer the phones and screen are of no help, emails are t returned. I dodged a bullet because this would have been detrimental during a huge remodel. It was a complete waste of time and I have no confidence that they would actually do quality work. Save yourself the hassle.
I came back to update my review with a few pictures of our two bathrooms that TR Construction recently remodeled for us. Just like a previous project (new roof and new exterior paint), this one went great too and bathrooms turned out just as we imagined. No long delays, no surprise costs and just a really nice group of workers, who were always friendly, respectful and willing to fix everything we were not completely happy with.
I had a roof leak during the second big storm of the winter. As you can imagine roofers were busy and many wouldn't get back to me at all. The roofer the insurance company recommended wouldn't even return my call. TR Construction not only called me back the same day but was able to get someone out to quote a job the same day. Tony the owner came out to meet and was a straight shooter about my options as well as the fact that they had many repairs in front of mine so it would be a couple of weeks. But I signed the contract and two weeks later they called and had a crew out. Talking to different roofing companies showed me that roof repair is wildly variable on how big a job the roofer wants to make it. Tony proposed a small/medium sized repair which was what I was looking for rather than some of his competitors that thought the whole facet should be replaced because I had one tile slip out of position. Time will tell if this was enough but I am happy. Recommended.
When we had an original estimate the individual shared that the fixes would happen much quicker. I understand scheduling can be challenging but the lack of communication was frustrating. We found ourselves frequently reaching out to follow up. (I.e. putting the cover on our house, picking up trash, scheduling to fix the roof , scheduling the inside repairs)
I had a leak in my roof and it was due to rain again. TR Construction came right out and put a tarp up....checked my roof for any other possible leaks. When the weather cleared they came out and fixed my roof right away. Very polite, on time and easy to work with.
I have used TR construction for my roof problems for last several years. Last several years, they have been very quick and pleasant to work with, Last year, after Mike Hernandez and his son, Mike fixed the roof, I inspected their fixes for the first time in several years. According to our contracts over the years, they were supposed to replace the broken tiles. But none of the chipped and cracked tiles were replaced. Besides the broken tiles, I also noticed the large gap between the chimney wall and the roof tiles on two sides of the chimney (upper side and one of the down sides) exposing the underlayment. The roof works had been done on these areas before by TR construction, and the areas were still under their warranty. When I called the office about that, they told me that they would not replace the chipped and cracked roof tiles because that was the industry standard, but they would send out the roofers to check out the chimney. When Mike and his son, Mike showed up to address my issues, they came in with a bad attitude. I pointed out that one of the down sides of the chimney had roof tiles tight against the chimney wall but two sides (the upper side and one down side) had 3-4" gap between the chimney wall and the roof tiles and I asked them to put the tiles close to the chimney wall, Mike yelled at me saying that I told him how to do his job. I said I was telling him what I wanted for my house. And that is what the company is obligated to do under the contract. He walked out angrily leaving his son to put roof tiles close to the chimney. His son threw down the old tiles from the roof onto the side yard and into the planters. I asked him not to do that. He put the tiles close to the chimney only on the down side of the chimney which prevented water from flowing down the roof. I could see that what he did would create a pool of water and water would stay there . He even said that water would stay up there with smirk on his face and took off. At this point, I simply did not wish to deal with these people any more. Since then, my roof around the chimney leaked into the ceiling of my living room and it created a huge stain on the ceiling, which was stemmed from their shoddy work. The company is as good as its employees. I will not use this company again and I will not recommend them to anyone.
TR just completed an exterior home repair & complete paint job at our home in Carlsbad and we could not be more pleased. Their work is meticulous, beautiful & completed as-promised and on-time. The crew, supervised by Martine & Ishmael, worked SO hard, we were very impressed with their work ethic! They were also extremely kind & nice to work with. We will be happy to recommend TR & look forward to working with them again if needed. Thanks TR!
I contacted TR Construction for a major bathroom remodel bid. They scheduled an appointment with me, then didn't show up being almost an hour late saying they would reschedule. I called the next day to reschedule and then they said they wanted to wait until we closed escrow and were very rude about it. That would have been helpful information before I spent over an hour driving to the property and waiting for them. There are lots of bathroom remodel companies who I feel would appreciate the business more.
We got our roof work done today. I think they hire contractors randomly and send them to customers locations ( this is the only explanation I can think of some other people getting good job done). In my case they never informed that work is done. They piled all the waste material in front of the house. This includes their coffee mugs and their personal waste too. They told my wife they need to step out for something for 30 mins and never showed up again. This is Friday. I am not sure if work is completed or not. I think I need to do all clean up my self. With this attitude I am also not sure whether I can trust if they finished work or not. UPDATE: Tony and Mike visited Monday morning as first thing and inspected everything. They also made sure that all the garbage is removed immediately. Things can go wrong but fixing them quickly shows good customer service. Thanks Tony. I appreciate.
I hired TR Construction to do my re-roofing. They started July 8, 2019 and this is their second week. I am already impressed by the work ethics, and professionalism of TR's employees, Javier and Esaias. Very respectful not only to their clients but also to the client's property as well. Almost every 2 hours, I see one of them cleaning around the perimeter of my house. It is hot outside, yet these two, Javier and Esaias, just kept on working. TR just completed my re-roofing project and it came out great! I would HIGHLY recommend this company. They have full time employees who are well taken care of, therefore these employees care so much about their work performance. Thus, the client gets great satisfaction with the completed project.
So glad I didn't see some of the unfavorable reviews first, or I might have missed the opportunity to have TR reroof my home. My experience with TR, his crew and his administrative personnel was positive in terms of professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and going out of their way to ensure a job well done and customer (me) satisfaction. Yes, pricey compared to other quotes, but I wasn't about to take a chance with a less expensive 2-3-person crew to demo, install, and clean up in a timely manner. I've seen this kind of work drag out for 6 weeks and longer. These guys were on it like greased lightning and finished the job in the 5 working days promised; also, the install crew's foreman was all ears and understanding in hearing my questions, and all brain and professionalism in answering to my satisfaction. And whoever thought they encountered a rude person at the office must have reached a wrong number! Never anyone so polite so responsive so open to hearing and resolving all my concerns, questions, and needs as TR's office personnel.
We had TR do a total house remodel of every room, including a new roof, Solar installation, electrical panel upgrade, plumbing re-pipe, re-stucco, and outdoor living area. And now we couldn't be happier with what is basically a new home. The whole team was great to work with as they took us through the whole process. Starting with the initial estimate from Tony, the owner, it was obvious that he cared greatly about making sure that we were completely happy with the every aspect of our remodel project. In contrast to other remodeling contractors that had slick ads, showrooms and fancy seminar presentations with videos and wine and cheese telling us how great they executed remodel projects, Tony showed me real projects he had in various stages of completion. I spent a morning driving around north county following him in his truck to his building sites to see his crews in action on in-work projects and recently completed projects. His enthusiasm for what he does showed and is what sold me. So we decided to listen to our gut feel and go with TR and in the end we weren't disappointed. That's not to say everything went perfectly with TR on our complex project. But the key point was how well TR dealt with problems - Tony listened, worked with us, was flexible and committed to professionally resolving every issue and made sure we were happy in the end. We pretty much had daily contact with some member of the TR team for the duration of our project, and everyone in the office was friendly, responsive, and great to work with. The work crew of carpenters, roofers, painters, plumbers, and electricians were all conscientious pros and did quality work and many times went out of their way to do what was needed. Thank you TR! - we love our new home.
Just had my mom's house remodeled after nothing was upgraded in 25 years. Tony came out and explained everything; since we remodeled to sell it, he said what we should do that would help sell the house and what wasn't worth doing. Honest, beautiful workmanship. Great communication, finished ahead of schedule, and were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Thank you Tony, Joshua, Estaban for a beautiful job. Would give 10 stars if I could.
TR Construction did a terrific job on our roof leak!! They were all professional from the office staff, the estimator to the workers!! I would highly recommend them to all!!! Thank you again TR
My first impression of this company was a positive one, as the woman answering the phone was very helpful with getting me scheduled and answering any questions. I had just called to schedule estimates with two other companies before this, and she was the one that left the best impression on me - so you guys should give that lady a raise! Unfortunately, that was the end of my positive experience. The day before my scheduled appointment (which also happened to be the day after I scheduled it) I received a call asking me if they could come by several hours early since their estimator had a gap in appointments. I explained for the second time that I could not come earlier due to work, and I sensed a tinge of annoyance from the caller. The day of my appointment, the estimator was friendly and talkative, but what he had to say left me in tears. I had a smaller project requiring a wall repair and window reframing due to water damage. I had already replaced the roof above the wall, which is where the damage came from, but I now needed a team to come fix the wall itself. After the estimator did his assessment, he said he would go to his truck which was his "mobile office" to formulate his estimate. He returned about five minutes later and told me that the repair would cost me $10k! I was shocked! I asked for more details, and he explained that the wall was "holding the whole roof up" so it would be a very pricey fix. I explained that this wall was actually part of an addition to the house and that it had a completely different roofline so this wall, in no way, held up the "whole roof" because it didn't even exist when the house was built (Plus I had just replaced the roof above this room and I know for a fact it has its own mini-roofline) He told me that he knew what he was talking about and then proceeded to tell me that, because of my reaction, it was obviously out of my price range, so he wasn't going to give me a written estimate, which I find to be strange and dismissive. As he left, he told me that there is no way a licensed contractor would fix that wall for under $6k, and I should look into hiring a local, non-licensed handyman if I wanted to fix it for cheaper. I felt shocked and overwhelmed by this news, as this was my first estimate, so I did not know what to think. Fortunately, I had three additional estimate appointments scheduled for the following week - all licensed, bonded and insured companies with good reviews and good reputations in the San Diego community. Let me tell you - not a single one of my other estimates was over $4.5k! In fact, two of my estimates were under $3k! Elated and relieved with this news, I obviously ended up under contract with one of the less expensive companies. I'm under contract for $2.5k and TR Construction quoted me at FOUR TIMES that much! That's ludacris! I'm writing this to share my story with anybody else who may be feeling overwhelmed and shocked by over-inflated prices and false information. I encourage anybody reading this to get multiple estimates so you can make the most well-informed decision for you and your home!
Tony came by to give me a solar quote. Since our system was too small, he didn't bid on the project, but he gave me some good advice nonetheless. He seems really professional and as a general contractor, I understand their focus would be on larger projects. Appreciate the time to come out and discuss though.
Had a slow leaking 50 year old tin covered flat roof; 400 sq ft. Called TR on 12/10/2018 and Mike Sgambati, proj mgr/estimator, came out the next day. Got his detailed estimate of $3550 via email promptly 12/13/18 for tarping, tear off existing flat roof, fiberglass base sheet, smooth cap sheet, metal at perimeter, new pipe and chimney flashings, Johns Manville Dibiten modified torchdown cap sheet, and remove debris. As soon as weather permitted, TR (five guys) removed the old flat roof (3 hours) on 1/21/19 and Isias, roof installer, worked his magic 1/21 finishing on 1/23. Isias was amazing; his work is superb, and the roof leak has stopped. TR provides a 5 year guarantee. Other roofers were too busy to give an estimate or their estimates took two weeks to arrive. TR's estimate was competitive. Their office staff is very professional. Highly recommend.
We had a leak in our tile roof and when they did the estimate they also did a temporary fix without cost as there was rain in the forecast...We accepted their bid and they were able to come out before these last rains...They explained what they were doing and when I had some further questions the women in the office were very helpful. I have already recommended this company to a friend who just called for an appt!.
Had a cement tile roof installed on my older home, and was extremely satisfied with the results (from a customer point of view). Tony came out to bid the job and explained exactly what was needed and how the work would be accomplished. Everyone associated with this business was very friendly and knowledgeable. This is a no nonsense, straight up company, "no discount coupons when Saturn aligns with Mars, or when the force is not with you". Honest professional company, "What you see is what you get". KLAATU BERADA NICTO A+++++
It was such a pleasant experience working with Tony and his team for our recent roofing job. The entire team from office staff to roofing team, to painting team. They all really went above and beyond to get the job done. Very professional and paid close attention to details, which made them stand out from the rest. Special thanks to Teresa, Diana, and Sal (the roofing team lead) and of course to Tony!
I have nothing less the best experience with a remodeling/construction company than I have had with TR Construction. Communication updates from Teresa in the office, to the pleasure of working with Mike Sgambati and his dad Tony. Thank you. I highly recommend.
My parents remodeled the bathroom to have a walkin shower instead of a tub. They did it quickly and beautifully!!! Look how it turned out Thank you TR Construction !!!!!
We interviewed three contractors for a relatively small remodel job in our home and chose TR Construction for the work. Over the years we have done major remodeling to our house, including adding additional bedrooms, bathroom and living room square footage. This time, we just wanted a partial wall demo, some new kitchen flooring and a couple of ceiling cracks repaired. Comparatively, this work was the most minor remodeling we have done, but these small jobs were major to us. We chose TR Construction because Tony understood that no matter how small, the remodel was important and he treated us, and our ideas, as such. The work was done as promised by Tony and his superintendent, Clemente: on time, carefully implemented and as per contract. The crew arrived on time every day, worked all day, cleaned up each day and at the end of the job, the rooms were cleaned before the lock box was taken away. Tony came out for a final walk-through and offered his personal assurance that if anything related to the work should arise, TR would take care of it. Thank you for a job well-done.
This company is too busy for more business. I had an appointment and they kept calling to cancel and reschedule. The office is only open until 4pm Monday to Friday and their contractors only go on jobs until 2pm.
I had an excellent experience working with TR Construction. I had several different contractors provide bids for re-roofing my home and TR's was very competitive and they came with a solid resume based off of all the reviews I found online. Mike was the project manager assigned to my home and he was great to work with. Really friendly and patient with answering all of my questions and making sure I was satisfied. He was able to get my roof completed within the promised timeline (they actually finished everything ahead of schedule). The guys on the job were great as well and took care to clean up everything after they left everyday. My only gripe was that whenever I had a question I had to call the main office to reach Mike since the card he gave me did not list any other number. Overall a great company to work with and I would highly recommend them. I plan on using them on future home improvement projects.
If you're getting a large job done, you need to read this review as to why TR gets 5 stars. I've had big jobs and small jobs done before on a prior home, and have experienced great work, mediocre work, and criminal work done. My recent renovation job by TR Construction was large and included the following: 1. Roof replacement, with new insulation, radiant heat barrier installation, and facia board replacement 2. Complete exterior remodel, including wood paneling removal and replacement with stucco; existing stucco repair, and new weep screed construction and installation 3. Complete exterior house painting Here are the reasons why I recommend them: 1. They delivered incredible value, with a rock solid construction finish. TR clearly has the right skilled labor. I didn't think such a good exterior finish could be done given the mess of peeling and damaged stucco around the entire house (due to moisture damage from lack of weep screed...a symptom of 1960's construction). My neighbors continuously comment on how amazing it looks, months after the fact! Companies like TR generally only do commercial builds, because jobs like mine get complex and messy - you're dealing with an older home, and who knows what kind of problems lurk in the walls, in the roof, in the foundation, in the plumbing and electrical routing. So big companies usually pad the price because they don't want to deal with this kind of work, knowing that it takes specialized experience. 2. An honest assessment of the job, with upfront fair pricing - they noted many things as unnecessary costs that shouldn't be undertaken. Heck I spoke with Tony 4 years before I had them do the job, he told me to hold off on it for another few years, given the roof still looked OK. Who does this in today's world??? [Note: the 3 other companies I had bid on the job flat out lied about their abilities and failed to deliver on accurate estimates. Small teams clearly masquerading as big companies. One of them tried to sell me on aluminum siding for the exterior, when I clearly stated stucco was what we wanted.] 3. Prompt and professional follow up on any questions or issues encountered. No construction company is perfect. If you think they can/should be, then you've never swung a hammer or cut a single piece of wood in your life. Best value and workmanship I've experienced in 20+ years of renovations and remediation jobs.
We remodeled our home with TR to include adding 500 sq. ft. of space, a gourmet kitchen with a walk in pantry, an upgraded HVAC system, a new roof to include radiant barrier OSB & reconfigured existing space to include a laundry room, an additional 1 1/2 baths, an office & an attractive entry way. We took time to evaluate alternate contractors & solicited detail competitive bids for the best apples to apples comparisons. Finally, we selected TR Construction & had the most wonderful experience with Tony Rossetti & his construction crew, then we could ever imagine. They were all very professional, skillful & experienced, driven daily by their very talented foreman, Clemente Osuna. They consistently offered better suggestions to enhance our remodel. Their quality of work was outstanding & their pricing was very attractive. We were treated in a very fair, honest & ethical manner. If you want to experience a very refreshing remodel, give Tony & his Team a try!!! Mike & Julia Rugnetta
Contrary to the description of this company here, they do not do siding work. I just got off the phone with them and they said they couldn't replace the siding on my house. Maybe my house was too small or replacing siding isn't lucrative enough? I don't understand and an explanation other than "we are too busy" was not given.
TR Construction is an absolutely outstanding establishment. My roof was in urgent need of fixing due to insurance-related reasons and they were able to accommodate my situation quickly and seamlessly. The entire support staff I interacted with (especially Teresa, Diane) were very sympathetic to my concerns and worked diligently to assist all my questions. The operational staff were punctual, friendly and very respectful while on the job. On top of the service, the rate was very reasonable. Overall it was an extremely pleasant experience and I strongly recommend this establishment for anyone with roof-related issues. They also perform other jobs as other reviews have indicated, and will be my first to call in the future.
TR did our roof last summer and overall I'm happy with the results. There were some minor install and communication issues but we got everything worked out eventually. The Good: Hard working crew, cleaned up after themselves and worked efficiently. Tony is a cool guy, can tell that is focused on customer satisfaction. Shingle and venting technology has come a long way in the last 25 years, TR uses the good stuff. Our new roof is a big improvement over the old one, no more leaks and the house is better insulated. Price, TR gave us a really competitive estimate and stuck to it. You can tell customer comes first with these guys, I complained about and issue and they quickly fixed it free of charge (so I ended up getting an extra free intake vent). The Bad: Communication from the crew was not good, originally we planned a 3 day re-roof, it ended up taking 6 days. The guys told us they'd be back the next morning a couple times but then didn't show (which we later found out was due to lack of materials). I had to make a several calls to the office to find out what was going on. One room in our house doesn't have an attic, that room got dusted with a lot of roof debris and it actually killed our fish. We/they should have put some tarps down in that room. TR also had to come back after the final inspection was done and install an additional vent. I requested an intake vent be placed on a corner that was subject to prevailing winds but the crew didn't install one there due to the communication issues. The Ugly: Some of the roofing companies we talked to were shady as hell. I definitely recommend getting lots of estimates. TR was pushing a large solar install on us pretty hard. I told Tony a couple times I was more interested in a smaller system (4-5KW) but TR only quoted me a high price on large 8KW system. I ended up going with a 5KW system from different company that had a much better value proposition. I think the solar game has gotten really tight over the last couple years, and TR is still trying to operate in 2014 atmosphere where people were cool with spending $30k on solar. In the end, I'm glad we went with TR Construction for our new roof and I'm really happy with the end result. Next house project are a new front door and windows, and I will likely call them out for an estimate.
TR Construction is a great company! Tony, the owner, ensures his company great work and backs up their promises. I used them to install a skylight about 20 years ago. I recently contacted them again to repair the skylight for a water leak, expecting it to be at my cost. Mike did a great job managing and coordinating everything! Since they had previously installed the skylight, they did the repairs for no charge even though it was 20 YEARS AGO. Amazing!!! It really shows their work ethic. They truly and consistently back up their work. That is something that is very impressive and important to me. They have really gone out of their way to provide great service. They work hard to make sure the job is done and done properly.
TR Construction is an honest company to do business with. Finding an honest roofing company is no easy task. I have gone through many bad experiences before I finally found TR Construction. I needed some roofing repair and called them for an estimate. I also had two other estimates. TR Construction sent out their representative who was courteous and knowledgeable about my particular repair. That evening I had an estimate sent to my email. The price was in line so I chose them to do the job. The crew that came out was really interested in doing the job right and pleasing me. They took pride in their work which is rare these days. I will use TR Construction for all my future roofing and construction needs.
I was standing in my driveway looking at my aging roof and Tony saw me and stopped. He said they had just finished a roof right around the corner and invited me to go take a look. It was beautiful !! We went back to my driveway and walked around the home as Tony showed me what would need to be repaired in addition to the replacement of shingles. I mentioned the stucco was looking bad in several places and could they paint the home. We walked around again and discussed all the areas to be repaired prior to painting. He offered a price for everything right there. I discussed it with my wife that night and we accepted the offer. After signing the proposal and paying the deposit we added a request to install two solar skylights. No problem, they could include them "at cost". The home was completely power washed. The roof tiles were stripped off, roof structure repaired, tiles laid and skylights installed. A cleanup crew came right away and except for the new roof you wouldn't know they had even been there. Next the painting crew came and spent several days preparing every little detail. The painting was done with quality Behr paint and just looks perfect. The painter suggested satin paint for the garage door which offsets it just perfectly with the surrounding walls. I was very impressed with all crew members being ON TIME every day and being very polite. Attention to detail was obvious throughout the job. We never felt like a prisoner in our home, the crews were always watchful for my wife or I so we could safely come and go. We always left the driveway completely open for work trucks. Communication was very good with the crews and the main office, we always knew the job status. We think the cost was fair and work completed in a reasonable time. We had wanted to do this for several years and feel lucky Tony happened by when he did. I would recommend TR Construction for any home repair or improvement.
TR Construction recently removed a skylight and installed a ceiling fan in a bedroom with a severely sloping roof. They did an A-1 job from start to finish. I got a good price, and the three phases of the job - removal of the skylight, assembly and installation of the fan, and plastering & painting the interior - were handled professionally. The room looks great! Also, the company managed to align the work orders with my needs, and there were no delays. Everyone in the office was pleasant and efficient.
I cannot say this often, but I am thoroughly impressed with this company. After gathering several estimates to redo our patio, TR came in as the best offering for the price. They are not the least expensive, but they are the best value for what you pay. I was nervous before the project began, because getting the job scheduled was an ordeal and the designer they contracted missed his deadlines several times; however, once the permits were in place and the work was finally scheduled, the experience was seamless. I like that the front office and crew are responsive; they take time to set expectations and communicate with you throughout the life of your project. Also, I am impressed with how reliable the crew members are. When we agreed to have work done on a specific day and time, the crew always arrived as planned, and the work quality was always excellent. Even after our patio was completed and paid for, they were responsive when we called with some follow-up questions and performed touch-up work for free. The foreman (Clemente) is amazing, and the experts they pulled in for specialized electrical and other work were knowledgeable and respectful. And of course, I love how the end product turned out!
Tony's team installed our new tub and tiled shower/tub area and floor. Their design ideas were spot on. They were on time everyday and Vee professional. I would recommend the in a heart beat and plan to use them again.
Had the entire tile roof on my house refelt due to some pretty bad leaks and TR got the job done promptly, and completed it in a few days. They sent the roofer out when there were a few cracked roofs that didn't get replaced or got damaged by the painters walking on them. They also did my patio roof, redid the gutters, installed 2 skylights, painted the exterior of the house. Overall, I'm happy with the work done. They genuine want you to be happy with the final product and will try to accommodate your request. Since they're very busy, it took some time and a few reminder calls for all of the projects to be done to my satisfaction. Theresa was very helpful, friendly, and responsive to my requests.
TR Construction is a fantastic company. I had some problems with a roof that was recently installed, and they came out and gave phenomenal advice as to my options for fixing it. Although they were unable to actually perform the work themselves due to my current warranty, their professional observations helped me communicate what needed to be done with the roofing company that didn't do the job right from the beginning. I wish I had hired them from the start!
James S. 5-25-2017 I will keep it short. TR replaced 2 layers of shingles on our 2 story house. Arrived early Monday morning this week and tear off crew had old layers off and truck was uploading new shingles and supplies to roof by afternoon. Roofing crew early Tuesday morning and had job complete by Wed noon. Clean up crew Thursday morning and total job complete by noon. Except for beautiful new roof you wouldn't know so much work had been done so well in such a short period of time. In my 80+ years I have observed many work crews operate in both the military and public sector but few of any could compare with the teamwork and efficiency I saw with our roofing job. I highly recommend TR construction.
Our house is just over 30 years old with a Tile roof and we were concerned about leaks after having all our ceilings refinished. Over half the homes on our street have had some kind of roof problems after the last big rain. I was looking for a contractor that would do a quality job at a fair price. We have had some horrible experiences in the past, (especially with a pool company that shouldn't be in business), and my wife and I were concerned about picking a contractor. My neighbor across the street had his roof worked on and he couldn't stop talking about how good of a job the company did on his roof. I called TR construction and they sent out Taish to look at my roof and explain the options. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, or go for more expensive options. He answered all our questions and told us about the company. I was emailed a quote within two hours after Taish left my home. We decided to go with them, but since my wife was going to be traveling for awhile we postponed the job for a couple of months. Since I live near there office I stopped by twice and changed scheduled start date. The office staff is very friendly and professional and made needed changes with no problems. They started on the day they said they would, emailing me updates, and calling me regularly. The same crew that starts the job stays on it, and finishes it. There is no way to get around the fact that getting your roof replaced is a messy job, but they were able to clean up at the end of each day. The workers were very professional and always addressed any concerns I or my wife had. They had to replace a lot of termite damaged wood. My wife likes to know what goes on and why each thing is being done, and they were happy to tell her what they were doing. They finished one day earlier then they had expected and then the guttering and clean up crews arrived, all very well coordinated with completion of job. The clean up crew is amazingly efficient and fast, they must have been doing this for a long time. I have already received complements from neighbors on how great my house looks. I also had all the exterior wood painted. Bottom line, I recommend TR construction for roofing jobs and would use them for anything else I needed done. Mike came out and checked on job while they were working, and at completion of job did a inspection of work and once again answered all our questions. My wife is very critical of work being done on house, but she was very pleased with TR. My house, especially the roof is a big investment and I didn't want to give the job to an unlicensed, probably uninsured company. I had two guys walking my neighborhood saying they could beat any bid I got, but when I tried to check on there company couldn't find it. I recommend TR Construction without reservations.
My initial interaction was with Diane and she was wonderful, responded quickly and was able to arrange for someone to come evaluate my project the next day. The gentleman who came, Clemente, was efficient, friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. He promised I would receive the quote within 1-2 days. That was 8 days ago. Over the past week, I have called 4 times to follow up and each time was told I would have the completed estimate by the end of the day. I understand that people get busy, but at this point it is unprofessional. Maybe my current project wasn't "big" enough to be important. But unfortunately for them, I am at the front end of several large remodeling projects on my home and I am a very loyal customer. So although my business now doesn't seem to be worth their time, they are losing out on a lot of future work. Hi Mike, I have seen your comment below and I appreciate it. Unfortunately, even several months later, I never heard back from your company. Not a quote, call or even an email. I was very disappointed that I was never contacted again.
Met Tony, the company Owner, at the crack of dawn for an estimate on repair for our roof. He gave me a very competitive quote to repair and a long term idea of what replacement would cost. Today they called to ask if they could come a day early! When the crew arrived they rang the bell and made a professional introduction to my husband, the crew let him know when they took a break for lunch, shortly after the office reached out to share they found a few more tiles that needed replacing and gave me the cost and the crew also rang our bell to say they were finished with the work and let us know when we could expect the debris to be removed from the driveway. Tony, the office staff person (I feel terrible I at a loss for her name) that bent over backwards to get me an estimate when no one would see me for weeks and the crew are 100% on their game and very professional. I will call them again to replace the room and to help with other home remodeling. Give them a call!
I had a great experience working with Tony and his team from TR Construction. I had them build a large patio cover that required architectural drawings and a city permit. After talking with several contractors who came to bid on the job then never sent a quote or never even showed for our initial appointment, I met with Tony. For our first meeting he was on time and professional. We discussed the project and he showed examples on his iPad of his other work. He helped me visualize some of the concepts I had in mind with the pictures of other work he had previously completed. I was on the fence about going through the formal permit process with the city, but agreed to move forward. Tony and his team took care of all the details and now I have the architectural drawings and permits for the property if I eventually decide to sell. In the end, I'm glad I was persuaded to go through the formal process and feel that it was completely worth it. I thought they TR Construction was great! They did what they said they would do and were considerate and professional. The foreman, Clemente, was polite with a no-nonsense approach with the crew. I thought he set the tone for his guys and got things done! I was never pressed for payment. The crew showed up on time and did the work that they promised on a reasonable timeline. I'm completely happy with the decision to work with Tony. 5 stars!
Contacted TR for repairs to several areas on our roof, including a skylight replacement. Very pleased, job done well & in a timely fashion, price was as quoted. All employees both on site & at their office were professional & courteous, communication was good & they were easy to reach when we had questions. Very pleased.
Met Tony at Starbucks and upon his recommendation, we contacted MADesign to help get our project done. We tore up the existing back patio and then reconstructed from the ground up making a large family room, extending the study and enlarging the Master closet making it a true walk in closet. They listened to what we wanted and created it the best way they could. We added heating and air conditioning along with solar and a fireplace in the family room to the house. They started this in mid-July and finished it the end of October. I am truly happy with our new rooms and closet.
so as most of you probably have experienced we had a hard time finding a general contractor to perform multiple exterior jobs on our 40 year old house. It took a few years actually, either they never called back or some other excuse, home advisor proved no good. I came to yelp and found these guys! I could write a book on how professional and wonderful the experience was. We had all that ugly useless ceramic tile replaced off the roof and damaged wood replaced also had falling down brick replaced. This was a 3 week job! First off the work was phenomenal but better then the quality and guarantees their work comes with, the workers were all smiling and friendly all the time like they really appreciated working for us. Taish was our site manager and this guy is amazing. He had extremely helpful suggestions for my family and this involved my mother. Between my mother and I there's no making us happy. Somehow taish made us happy. He's very polite, not arrogant, professional he knows his stuff, has productive suggestions. So yes they have subcontractors, the stucco guy was a straight artist his work came out perfect. We had just had solar done and they worked around all that stuff. We had our ducts and ac heater system replaced during their job and they worked around those guys perfect, always smiling. I really miss their team! The painters who painted the entire house were so easy going and professional. I'm an artist so i tend to judge these things and i always paint my own house and inside. these guys killed it! All at an affordable rate. The end cost was a few grand over the estimate but you couldn't tell how water damaged the plywood was under our tiles until you ripped them off. Taish personally saw too it that every single little thing was done until i was happy. And i'm not easy to make happy. We were spending a bunch of cash with him fixing up our old house we rented for ever until i moved back in with my family. The owners were friendly, my mother spoke with them not me, but again if the person makes her happy they are doing it right, my mother has actually read the riot act to a bad business or 2 in her life. This company made us happy fully. A few months go by and these really strong santa anna's came by and tore a few shingles off. I texted taish and within days he had a crew here repairing the issue and then fixing any other ones that might have looked like they could blow up in the future. Every aspect of this company was perfect from the front office to the nice cleanup crew! We will be using them again for future projects we have put bids in on and they come in not always the cheapest but close to it and to know i'm going to get this high level quality of work leaves me with satisfaction and not worry, very comforting in a crazy world. I couldn't suggest these guys more. feel free to hit me up if you have any questions
I hired TR Construction to remove an interior, load bearing wall. Overall I was very pleased with the work, customer service, and the price. The job involved engineering plans, digging through and reinforcing the existing slab, installing a large structural beam, moving electrical, mechanical and plumbing, and putting the walls nicely back together. I'm pretty thorough (and had a bad contractor experience in the past) so I reached out to probably 10 companies about the job and got estimates from 5 of them. TR was the lowest quote and I got a good vibe from Tony so I hired them for the job. The job is now complete and I am very happy with my choice. The work was performed within the estimated time frame and the workers were very good at cleaning up after every work day. Most importantly, both the foreman and the owner himself were adamant about me being happy with the finished product. Any minor adjustments were taken care of quickly and without arguments. I would recommend this company for any construction job you may have.
I recently had tr construction do a reroof on my home also 3 new skylights were installed and wood trim repair. I was very happy with the result. From the office staff to the demo crew to the roofers everyone was professional and courteous. If you need a roof repair or reroof let tr give you a quote they were very reasonable.
We needed a new roof and so we met with five different companies and received quotes. Taish arrived from TR Construction and was by far the most professional and knowledgeable. He was excellent at returning calls and very reliable - this made us feel very comfortable with our choice of companies. We waited 4 weeks for the work to start and they started exactly when they said they would and kept us updated throughout the project. They worked very efficiently and the main roof was replaced within 4 days with very little disruption for us. The roof looks great and we are very happy with their work overall. This would have been a 5 star review but we were a little disappointed with the finishing and caulking in one small area of the house. We pointed this out to them but by that time they had moved on to other projects and it seemed a lot of hassle for them to fix it. Pushing the issue seemed pointless because it was not critical but it would have been good to make it perfect. Overall we were very happy with TR Construction - they are very professional and I would recommend them without hesitation to friends and family.
After much research and interviewing several contractors we landed on Tony and his company TR Construction. We are glad that we did. We hired Tony to re-roof our home, tear the siding off our home and replace it, repair all rotted and termite ridden wood, and paint our 5,000 square foot home. It was a huge job that required scaffolding the whole home. As with any large renovation project surprises did come up that could not be seen in advance. Tony met each one of these surprises with professionalism and competence. In many instances he absorbed the cost took care of the problem in other instances he clearly laid out what the new problem was, how to fix it, and how much it would cost. None of these problems was due to him or the quality of his workmanship. I found good communication with Teressa, his front office manager who always answered my calls and took care of the problem then returned my call to inform me what they were doing about it. She was a pleasure to work with. I found Tony straight forward, honest, and "on top of it." When the job was complete there were several loose ends that needed addressing and rather then trying to avoid these "loose ends" Tony gladly took care of them to my complete satisfaction. I found Tony and his team to be honest, competent and produced a quality product. I would without hesitation use Tony again in any project that I may have and would gladly recommend him and his company. I am not affiliated with Tony or his company and am not an employee, friend (though I feel like one now), or paid in any way to write this positive review of his services. Simply a satisfied customer that was treated well and received all that he said he would do and all that I expected.
TR Construction is owned and operated by Tony Rosetti and his family. Tony was a pleasure to work with throughout the 14 months we engaged his company to complete the replacement of our dining room, kitchen, bathroom with a shower that he added in place of our HVAC system and a closet, as well as a new heavy timber outdoor A Frame patio complete with fireplace. They also re-roofed our entire home in preparation for solar panels and worked very well with the solar provider through the process. When there was an issue, and it does not matter what company you work with, there is always something needing attention, Tony addressed it immediately every time. The foreman he assigned to our project, Miguel, did an outstanding job throughout the project. Miguel is clearly an experienced carpenter who is versed in cabinetry, framing, concrete, flooring, stucco, wiring, window and door hanging, the list goes on. We were fortunate enough to find a local, family owned business that does great work. And... Tony's father is a retired firefighter and his son is a firefighter as well. Well done TR.
We called TR construction in regards to building a balcony in our backyard. The initial interaction was timely and very pleasant - one of their reps came out within a week of our initial inquiry to have a look at the job site and talk through our needs. He assured us that this was a project the could handle and that the office would get back to us with a quote. Unfortunately things took a turn for the worse after this. A week passed and we did not hear from anyone, so I called and left a message to follow up. No call back. Two weeks after that I called again and spoke with the woman who answers their phones and she advised she would look into it and get back to me. A few more days passed and still nothing. I called again and left a message asking if TR construction was still interested in the job, as it had been a month and I still had not received an estimate. Much to my surprise I received a callback within a few hours with a total figure for the project cost - somehow that became very easy to determine when I offered to take my business elsewhere! I told her that figure sounded good and I would like to see the itemezed quote to review with my husband. Well it has been another week since that conversation and I'm still waiting. At this stage the company should be working to earn my business and quite frankly their non responsive communication is extremely unprofessional so I have decided not to pursue them any longer.
Well I searched all overand got many quotes to get my roof done and HVAC services. I was recommend to TR Construction by my cousin that was getting his roof done and I got to say I did my research with TR Construction on Yelp 2.. I contacted Taish one of TRs contractors and he came out quick and fast and gave me an honest quote ... I agreed to terms with TR and I've got to say I'm very impressed with there quality of work and timeliness. They had there HVAC buddy's come in and do a fantastic job and we absolutely love it.. the roof looks amazing we are 100 percent satisfied... I would highly recommended TR Construction.. On a final note the actual estimate came out cheaper at the end by 700.00 so they are an honest company not just trying to get your money for a job. They even painted my fascia boards just because they want us to be satisfied... Again I'm an avid yelper so if your looking for a great company go with TR Construction and remember Taish is fantastic at his job he will take the time you need to make sure your happy.
I was very impressed by this organization and the representative, Michael S., who visited my home for a roof inspection. I called and left a voicemail with TR Construction and was promptly called back in a professional manner and also followed up with a couple of times when I forgot to call back. They clearly have a system in place to be sure no customer is left behind or does not get a call back. When Michael called me back to set up a time, I felt that he did a good job in working with my schedule to find a time that would work and we set it up. Once he got to my home, some of the work that I had originally called them about had already been done. Rather than acting upset or leaving, Michael hopped up on my roof to give it an inspection, and he also took a look at the work I had already had done. He gave me a thorough synopsis of the health of my roof, things to keep, and eye on, and areas where I may want to consider doing a few things to keep the roof working strong for years to come. Rather than telling me I needed to replace my roof sooner than later - like a few other roofing contractors have done in the past (I have a very low grade roof for the shingle type and I bought the home 2 years ago) - Michael told me I probably have another 20 years left with my roof and that it overall looked great. I appreciated his honesty, timeliness, and overall professionalism. If I ever had a major roof issue, needed some repair, or just wanted a bid on some remodeling - I would 100% work with these guys pending pricing negotiations, etc. They seem to know what they are doing and are in the business of doing good honest work - something that is harder and harder to find these days.
These guys are the best. Years after installing our roof, they came by yesterday to fix edge roof tiles that shifted during the last crazy storm and did not charge us a thing.
We had some remodeling done on our home, along with a new roof. Love supporting local family owned businesses. Their staff is courteous and professional. We have referred them to many friends, family and neighbors.
The owner called me several times to deeply apologize for the previously stated items, and communicated that he prides himself on great customer service and quality. I really liked him when I met him, and am really shocked (in a good way) that he reached out. Thanks!!:)
I had the best experience with TR construction!! They were absolutely wonderful- start to finish. They installed exhaust fans in our bathrooms, replaced our entire roof, and installed gutters for us. They were efficient and made the jobs painless. They did our roof in less than 4 days and did a great job cleaning up. Everyone was kind and professional. The roof and gutters look beautiful and I couldn't be happier with their work!! I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone!
TR Construction was recommended by a former employee of the company who had done some electrical work for us. Although I noticed a trend of declining Yelp ratings I decided to give them a shot. Tony came out the very next day and he was as engaging, knowledgeable and informative as others have described him. He explained that his company had recently completed a project very similar to what we had in mind and made many perceptive suggestions. He said that he'd be at his desk, "in two hours" and would get to work on an estimate right away. Well, that was the last we heard from TR Construction. Our experience sort of fits the trend, I guess.
I needed to completely remodel the two bathrooms, kitchen and move a wall. I schedule an appointment with two weeks in advance. They knew I was traveling from Los Angeles to San Diego to meet with them. At the exact time of our appointment I got a phone call from TR Constructions. They say that they are very busy right now and that the parking space is going to be a problem for them because they usually work with houses. After take all my information, with the location and knowing that I was requesting for a remodeling in a condominium. Very impolite and unprofessional.
We were in the market for a roofing job. We had 3 estimates from contracting companies including TR. When I met with the staff at TR I was very impressed. It is a family run business that is friendly and responsive. I was able to meet both the office staff that coordinated the job and the actual roofers that did the work. Their quote was reasonable for the reroofing job we needed done. We have a large tile roof and they did an amazing job from start to finish on the work. It is now over a year and a half after the initial job and we are very pleased. It is a very stressful endeavor to find quality craftsman that will do a good job and take pride in their work. Luckily we now have TR construction as a go to company for our home repairs.
Read the reviews on Yelp. Called to schedule an appt. Very friendly office staff. Set the appt for over a week out (so they could schedule appts in the same area), for an estimate to finish work left by previous contractor and to do a new bathroom build. Office called the night prior to confirm our address and meeting time. They were scheduled for between 1-1:30 today. At exactly 1:30, the office called to say that with their schedule, " they did not believe they could service us in a timely manner". TOTALLY UNPROFFESIONAL. We moved other commitments around to accomodate their schedule, and they called WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE to say they were not interested. It would have been nice to know that anytime BEFORE the scheduled meeting time. Like maybe even the night before when they called to confirm the appt time. I understand people don't like coming in cleaning up after someone else, but they should have been up front and said that instead of scheduling an estimate appt, calling to confirm, etc. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Our landlord hired TR Construction to replace the roof on our house. It seems they've done a good job on the roof, however the entire experience was awful. If you want someone who gets the job done, this company is good for that. However, if you want to be stuck with a huge mess to clean up after they leave - don't bother. They didn't tarp inside the garage and now all of our belongings are covered in asphalt-shingle dust, nails, and debris. Nor did they pick up after themselves in the yard either, and left plastic bottles, trash, debris, nails etc... Prep and clean-up definitely should have been better managed as the poor job they did there has outshone the work they actually did do.
TR Construction just finished my remodel and it came out excellent. I first found TR Construction after a terrible experience with one of those ripoff phone solicitor companies. A friend recommended their work after a job they did for him. The owner from the company Tony came out and gave me a very fair estimate for a difficult job. I knew from the beginning that Tony was a fair and sincere person that I could trust. My job was not an easy one. Last year a tree root from my neighbors property completely cracked my slab to the point where the slab was raised about six inches through the middle of my bedroom, bathroom, and a second bedroom. TR Construction had to remove over 1000 square foot of the slab. I took advantage and had them add a large master bath and walk in closet to the house as well as new HVAC system and new roof. Everyone that I worked with throughout the process from the lead carpenter Cramer, tile installer Isais, plumber Ed, HVAC Don, painter Jorge, electrician Ishmael, cleaning crew and roofing crew did excellent work. It's not often you can get anything done and be completely satisfied, but I can say TR Construction hit the mark. I never right reviews but I thought this was a job well worth it. The price was very fair and the professionalism was above the top. I want to pay special praise also to the office staff Linda and Teresa who were not only very helpful and courteous but also called me throughout the process to schedule different people as they came out. It's funny because my son has been in construction for a few years and was so impressed with the company that he decided to leave his old job and join their team. I will not only use TR Construction again I will recommend them to all my friends which to me is the ultimate compliment. Thanks again Tony and everyone from TR Construction you guys are the best!
TR is a great company that provides thorough service. We've had several improvements done by them (roof, patio cover, tiling the house, kitchen remodel, front door replacement). Tony is affable, honest, and forthright. He hits his budget estimations too, which is great. No gotchas there. You'll usually see him at the start for the bid, and he'll visit when the job is done. The rest of the crew is great. Shout out to Angel for being a crew chief; keeping things orderly and making sure when his guys leave the place looks cleaner than when he got there. Even when he demo'ed our kitchen, you couldn't find a leftover nail after he was done. I'd point out that during the kitchen remodel, they were fine with whatever materials sourcing we wanted to do. We got out own cabinets and countertops, and they modified the pricing to account for that (if not, they could handle those jobs too, we just wanted to save some money using Ikea cabinets and prefab countertops). Give Tony a call and let him estimate your job, he deserves a chance to get earn your business.
I had a great experience with this company. We were so pleased to find a company that would take on our somewhat small job. They replaced water rotted beams supporting my patio roof. They did a timely estimate, then sent the crew foreman out a couple of days before the job. He determined that an additional beam needed to be replaced after doing a detailed check for additional water damage. We were not surprised and agreed with that. They did the work quickly, explained everything in detail, made a special trip to the high-end paint store to get the paint we needed, and cleaned up completely. The office staff was very professional with phone calls, emails, and invoicing. I would recommend this company 100 percent.
We had TR Construction come out to place a bid on a rental remodel. Bottom line is I would recommend that you contact TR to come out and bid your work. They were professional and Tony had a great grasp of the original Scope of Work. The only reason I didn't give them a full 5 stars is that as my understanding of the project widened, I had some changes and questions on the scope of work (e.g., Could we proceed with a no-plan permit vs. drawing up plans? Did the allowances for toilets, etc include product pickup and site delivery? How much more would it be to demo 400 sqft of concrete?). Naturally, I submitted my questions via email. I didn't hear back right away so I called. Linda, who helped Tony write up the bid, at first seemed overwhelmed by my questions. But, once we committed to talking out each question, she was very knowledgable and could answer several questions on the spot. A few she would have to take back to Tony. This whole process took over a week to update the estimate. So, the missing star is simply because I didn't think their system supported how I communicate. But everyone is really friendly and easy to talk on the phone or in person with. I mean, in the beginning, Tony himself was able to come out quickly and walk the job. He had great ideas and was attentive as we talked about what we wanted to have done. He took measurements, made helpful suggestions and was overall very pleasant. Of all the contractors we had submit an estimate, TR Construction submitted theirs the fastest and with a very good, detailed scope of work list. A few other big positives - Theresa is always there to answer the phone, so that is really comforting when I'm working through the details of the estimate and want to reach someone. The right person calls you back (Mike handles scheduling for example) and each person seems to know what they need about your job to answer a question. We ended up selecting another contractor to complete our work, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend giving TR Construction a call if you have any major remodel work, especially if you already have a good grasp of your scope.
TR Roofing helped us tremendously, we needed our roof done with no notice and they went above and beyond. They got our job started right away finished in only a couple of days and they did an amazing job. The staff were so nice, I am so happy with the company and will refer them to all of our friends and family!
This company displayed the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been waiting for a week for an appointment and when it finally arrived at 8 am they scheduled me for, I received a call at 8:15 that they were running 30 minutes behind. 9:30 rolls around and still no one has showed up. I call and Teresa told me that someone came at 8:30 but no one was home which was a lie because I was out front doing yard work while waiting on them. I asked why no one called when they clearly knew I was waiting for them and spoke to them at 8:15 and said it was acceptable for them to be running late. She wouldn't answer that and asked me if I wanted another appointment for a week later. I quickly replied no thanks as I will not be giving this shady company my business. They lost out on roughly a 100,000.00 job due to lack of service.
We had a new downstairs bathroom put in by TR construction over the holidays. The project went well start to finish, and the quality of the workmanship was great! The staff were pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, and help point us in the right direction to save money on materials. When the vendors we contacted quoted us high prices for the shower door, TR was able to give us a list of other vendors to check out. We found a vendor that gave us a great price, but didn't do install - TR came in and offered to install the door for a reasonable rate. Overall, this saved us a few hundred dollars on the shower door, Thank you TR. The workmanship on the tile was top notch. The tradesman penciled in a rough layout on the wall/floor prior to starting. He aligned the tiles so there were nice lines in the room - even though this required more work and more cuts. The cuts were made precisely with all the grout lines were uniform. The final product looks sharp - I'd like the same tradesman to do the next bathroom.
TR Construction re-roofed my house last month and did a fantastic job. Every question was answered promptly and the work was done on schedule. All crew members that I interacted with were helpful. Clean-up was completed each day and items were stored out of the way for the next day installation. We will use TR Construction again for other home remodel or installation needs.
I sent an inquiry through their website to get a free estimate on remodeling 2 bathrooms and the receptionist (Teresa) called me to schedule an appointment for Thursday. I told her Thursday wasn't going to work and asked if we can get someone to come out the following Monday, she said she would call me back to confirm. I didn't hear back so I decided to call on Thursday and she told me "Oops, I thought I emailed you but must have forgotten about you." She then said she spoke with some guy named Tony and said that they won't be able to service my area (live in Murrieta) and Temecula is the furthest up they will go. Seriously?!!!!! Then why do they include Murrieta, Menifee on their site?!!!! Guess they aren't in the business of making money!!!
TR Construction did a very professional job re-roofing my home and repairing rotted and termite eaten facia and rafter tails. The work was performed at the estimated price, completed on schedule, and the crew cleaned up nicely after each day of work. They worked around our schedule when we struggled to find the right replacement skylight I recommend them highly and I will strongly consider using them for future work on my rental property. Nice job TR!
We had new dimensional shingles installed on the house. Also had patio roof overhauled with new backer boards and roll roofing, sunlight and seamless gutters on patio, and R30 insulation installed in attic. TR Construction was impressive from start to finish (less than 2 1/2 day install). Additionally, we have a 10 year labor warranty and lifetime manufacturer's warrant. The owner, Tony, came by for the estimate (he is very familiar with the houses in my neighborhood) and in less than 30 minutes had a detailed proposal. The demo and install crews were all hard workers and were respectful of our garden and other items on the property. We couldn't be happier!
TR Construction just put a new roof on my house and garage, and I was really glad I chose them for the job. Their estimate was clear and straightforward, unlike some of the other companies. It was also very fairly priced. I got estimates from about 5 companies, and TR Construction was not the lowest, but one of the lowest. They also modified their initial estimate to try to come closer to one of the competitors estimates. They also gave me a long list of references and I called almost all of them before hiring TR. They came on the date promised and got the job done in 4 days, which included tearing down the existing cedar shake roof and two layers of asphalt roof on my house and garage, putting in a new plywood sheet under the new roof since there was none to start, installing a new skylight and 5 sola tubes. I was really worried about the potential mess from the tear down. But they put tarps all around the perimeter of the house and inside the garage and did a great job of cleaning up the debris. They were also very careful with my newly finished wood floors, putting down rosin paper in the areas inside the house where they needed to work to install the sola tubes and skylight. I was very pleased that once the job started, I had an open line of communication with Mike, who supervised the job. They also came back to adjust the brightness on one of the sola tubes and fix some outlets that were working before the job, and not after. I highly recommend them if you need a new roof. I really liked that the company was very honest and responsible. Mike was very straightforward, and Jose, the person who installed the skylight and sola tubes, was very honest. I also liked that they were quick to put additional items agreed upon in writing and they were prompt to give me receipts. Great job! Thank you TR Construction!
We bought our home in September and we really needed a new roof, and definitely needed some venting installed as well. Our roof was in horrible condition, and we had two layers on it. When it rained during winter and when we had high winds, gravel would fall off the shingles and all over our yard. We were just so overwhelmed with the possibility of any leaks and any damaged wood we'd have. So we decided to reach out on yelp and found TR Construction. Tony came out, gave us an estimate, he was very courteous and professional, and wasn't overbearing like most contractors can be. His crew came out and I was so pleased with how professional and courteous they all were. They were very careful with my plants and home and they were very efficient with their clean up. They used magnets to go over or yard and ensure they didn't leave any nails behind, which is a plus with me since I have small children. They cleaned up after every day they did work, I'm talking leaf blowers to get all dust and gravel off everything and their magnets to pick up nails, they really did amazing and thorough job. His roofers Mike and Mike were awesome, they were a great team that worked efficiently! Anytime they came to work on my roof, they knocked on my door, they were respectful and so courteous. Tony runs a smooth family business and it definitely shows, his workers get the job done in a timely manner, they show pride in their work and most of all they are a team that's like family. I highly recommend TR Construction for your home, whether it's your roof or any other repairs, they truly have good work ethics and take pride in their work. I'm more than pleased, I'm impressed because a business liked this is hard to come by, they are honest and respectful, and stand by their quality of work.
What a relief! My roof had leaks, rotten spots, and termites. I called Tony. He came over and gave me a bid on the spot. The work started on time and took only 3 days to complete: removed the old roofing materials, had a termite inspection, replaced all damaged wood, installed new skylights on the patio roof, installed new roofing materials on the house and patio, painted the new wood, and made my yard cleaner than before they arrived. In THREE days. Thanks, Tony, Mike, Angel, Jose, and all the TR crew.
Mike and the entire crew were friendly, professional, courteous, fast and efficient! I was initially won over by the price, which I will not disclose. Lets just say it was more than just competitive. The job was done faster than I had anticipated, the skill and expertize was second to none. After the job was completed, Tony, after making an appointment to view and provide the final approval of the job and asked us if we had any questions or concerns. They even gave us some extra paint! Take it from a non-bias educated consumer, these guys at TR Construction are fantastic! Thank you again Mike and Tony. Please extend my appreciation to your professional crew. R/ Michael O.
Had a leaky roof. The ceiling fell down and the kitchen was a horrible mess. I wanted a pro to fix this and guarantee the work. Tony came to look at the problem. They fixed it and the place looked even better afterwards inside the house and the new roofing and new skylight. They line the floor and cabinets before working to protect the floor walls cabinets and appliances. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up too. Full service. Ask for Tony, he will make things right. Yes I would recommend them if you want full service.
Starting from the estimation process, Mike was the only guy who showed up on time for the appointment amongst the other roofing companies that I had contacted. Mike was very thorough and professional in explaining the details in what was going to be done during the re-roofing and also the replacement of the back patio's flat roof. Their work crews worked diligently and their workmanship is of high quality. My neighbors have said that the new roof really looks good. The work crews also did a very good job of cleaning up around the areas where they worked and hauling off all the discarded materials. Best of all, no down payment or partial payments required by TR Construction; payment was only due upon completion of the job. I am highly recommending TR Construction if you need your house to be re-roofed or install a new roof.
I used TR for a roof repair job over the holidays and was very pleased with their service and the quality of their work. Mike came out quickly to do the estimate & scheduling was a breeze. About 6 months later I needed some painting done in my house & remembered what a great job they did with the interior ceiling work as a result of the roof repair. Mike remembered me when I called & came out quickly to give me an estimate. The staff that came to do the job were personable and professional. They treated me & my daughter with respect and courtesy. Clean up was great. Linda & Sandy in the office are friendly & helpful. They'll be my first call for whatever I need next!
Great experience on our roof replacement in PB. Mike was their point-man for the project. He was professional, arrived on time for the appointment and was able to quickly give us an estimate for the job. They worked with us to get to a price we could afford which was hundreds less than their competitors and the job was done seamlessly, on time (only two days!), and looks great. The cleanup was fantastic... couldn't tell they were there. We love Yelp because it helps us find trustworthy contractors like TR Construction. Great job guys!
My husband and I had a small roof leak that was causing a water stain in our bathroom ceiling. We called Tony at TR Construction and we got a quote within a few days. It was more than we had hoped to pay, but in doing so we alleviated more roof problems in the long run. Instead of just fixing the problem at hand, they replaced flashing on 3 other roof vent pipes that probably would have leaked in the future (we already had one repaired last year with another company). It was a 2 stage repair; ceiling repair and roofing repair. The drywall people were very professional and very quick in getting the work completed. It looks better than it did before the leak. The roofers completed the job very quickly and the cleanup was great. The only problem was a slight communication between us and TRC's receptionist. After we approved the work, we were told by the lady that we would get a call to setup an appointment. A few days went by and we had to call her to setup the repair date. Other that that, we are very pleased with TRC and would use them again. We highly recommend them.
TR Construction fixed the leaks in my cement tile roof. They were on time every time, including the estimate (very fair). They kept me informed of what they were doing and why, and went above and beyond my original needs. Highly Recommended!
These guys really are roofing specialists! When I needed to roof my house I contacted TR Construction after a few other roofers gave me the run around. Tony and his staff were patient and answered all of my many questions before the job started. They completed my roofing project on time and I couldn't be happier. If you need a roof I recommend giving these guys a call. I am also planning on having TR Construction come back out to look at a future remodeling project.
I contacted TR construction to handle damage to a roof on a house I purchased via short sale. Time was limited and TR was able to complete the work the next day. Tony was able to give me good advice on additional renovations to my home and learned they handle everything from planning through completion. Thanks again for your professionalism!
I was out from the east coast for a family emergency in February 2012 and noticed the ceiling of my parent's new addition had water damage and leaked badly during a rainy night. I called TR and Tony came the next day and assessed the situation pointing out that the house needed gutters to divert water as well. He gave me a quote that was way lower than the contractor who did the addition. The crew came out the next day and took care of the roof that day. I had to leave to fly back home and left them to repair and paint the interior while my mom stayed home. She was happy with their work especially when they cleaned her high windows. I came back for a visit in July and saw that TR did a great job.
I originally had hired another contractor to create my set of plans and build my room addition. The design person that created the plans was having some trouble getting the cit to okay the plans so i started to get worried and frustrated with the amount of time this was taking . That's when i called TR construction and met Tony. He took my plans and with his design man easily set things in motion and got the permit to in order to begin my remodeling project. With Tony i completely expanded and remodeled my kitchen, added a bathroom and extended by bedroom. As promised Tony completed the project on time and on budget with first rate quality workman ship. I was extremely impressed with his office staff, his job site foreman and all crew members were professional on all levels. Tony never asked for money sooner than outlined on the payment schedule . Tony really went above and beyond all my expectations and helped create the remodel of my dreams. This is a first rate company and i would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and reliable contractor.
I contacted TR Construction based on hangtag left on my door to have two leaks fixed on a concrete tile roof. They were a reasonable price and Mike and his crew fixed the two leaks in one morning, and as part of their service "tuned up" the roof by resealing all vents and replacing all broken tiles, not just where the leaks were located. Further they were familiar with the roofs in my tract and I highly recommend them, especially if you have a house in Summerset Court in Mira Mesa.
Received a flyer on my door and called them (lady operator) for some work I wanted done. They took all the information down and said someone would call/email me the quote. It's been a month and I never heard back from them. Probably better that way, as I took my business to a more reputable company that actually knows how to communicate.
Had TR re-roof my house. Being the third roof contractor I had to deal with in a year, they are definitely the best. Did the work quickly as planned and clean up after themselves everyday. Jaime and his crew were great at dealing with someone like me asking questions and observing while they are doing their job. I went on the roof myself to see what is going on. TR's estimate is higher than some other roofer's, but you definitely get what you paid for. Great people, excellent job.
My experience with TR Construction was a good one. Their employees were professional and attention to detail. If they miss something, if notified, they will correct the mistake. In opinion they wanted to make sure that the job is done correctly the first time. If you're in the market to get your roof done, call this company.
Called several times, left messages but never heard back.
When the time came to replace our old wood roof, we got about 8 or 10 quotes for every type of roof. We chose TR construction not just because their quote was the most competitive, but because of their service. Nothing was too much trouble (samples delivered same day), their office staff were courteous and responsive, and all our questions were happily answered. They started and finished when they said they would, and they cleaned up after themselves. The construction employees were always friendly, professional and polite. Again, nothing too much trouble. This has undoubtedly been the best experience we've had with tradespeople to date (and believe me, we've had our share). I unreservedly recommend TR Construction.
We contacted TR to fix a botched roofing job that joined to roof parts and had gotten leaky with all the recent rains. We also needed a few panels replaced. Tony and his crew responded quickly and professionally. That gave us a quote to replace the whole roof just in case we wanted to but our roof was still in pretty good shape and it didn't need to be done. We really appreciated his honesty, because another roofing company told us it needed replacing and we knew our roof wasn't that old. They did the patch work required charged a good price and there was no leaking after a good amount of rain. When we do replace our roof we will be calling them
