Each estimate includes a detailed proposal from an expert roofer or crew lead with all the information you need to make a decision. We don’t send out salespeople with little to no roofing or remodeling experience. This means that the information on your proposal is from an expert in their field who has carefully examined your home. Clients appreciate our estimates because there aren’t any surprises later.
However, since our estimates take more time, we don’t provide estimates if the home is under consideration for purchase or in escrow.
Our estimating process is designed to give you the information you need without the high-pressure sales tactics. Our goal is to build loyal clients through mutual respect and top-notch craftsmanship. We promise to provide accurate information based on our knowledge and experience, not on our desire to make a sale.
