San Diego Bathroom Remodel
When looking for a San Diego bathroom remodeling contractor, TR Construction is the perfect choice for your next bathroom remodel.
What Sets Us Apart From Other San Diego Bathroom Remodeling Contractors?
Family Owned and Operated For Over 32 Years
We built TR Construction from the ground up. Enduring workmanship is important to us, and we take pride in what we do. We take a personal interest in our clients and their homes. Our goal is to form lasting relationships with our clients.
Employees Who Care
Our employees are invested in the company and their workmanship. Instead of a revolving door of crew members, we focus on hiring and retaining quality employees who are experts in their fields. Our employees have worked with us for years. They have proven time and again that they care about quality and craftsmanship.
All The Experts Under One Roof
Bathroom remodels need a broad range of specialties – plumbing, tile work, electrical, carpentry, and design. Our specialized divisions mean we can handle anything without having to coordinate with various subcontractors. This eliminates cost inefficiencies and makes scheduling easier. No need to worry about the important details of your project getting lost between several different contractors. And if issues arise, you don’t have to play the blame game with several contractors. The buck stops here, and we take 100% accountability. We assign each bathroom renovation a dedicated office coordinator. The coordinator will keep your project on track and be your point person for any questions or issues.
Clean Workspaces
We care about your home. When working on a home, we encapsulate the construction area with temporary walls and plastic so the rest of the house remains separate. This helps minimize dust and debris in the rest of your home. Our workers are also polite and courteous. Many clients tell us that they love having our employees in their homes and are sad to see them go at the end of their bathroom renovation.
Community Focused
We know and love San Diego. We are familiar with the community, how different neighborhoods were built, and what upgrades need to be made in some of the older developments. This allows us to give more accurate bathroom remodel estimates because we have worked on similar homes in the same area. Likewise, we can proactively plan and avoid potential hurdles because we have encountered the same hurdles before. We are familiar with whether or not you need a permit for a bathroom remodel or which San Diego building codes apply to you. We are a valuable resource as we plan your bathroom renovation and make sure it is up to local building codes.
Plumbing Integrity You Can Trust
A bathroom remodel offers the perfect opportunity to inspect and replace aging cast-iron sewer lines while floors and walls are already open. Many older San Diego homes still have their original cast-iron plumbing, which can corrode, crack, or clog over time. TR Construction’s in-house plumbing experts can upgrade these lines during your renovation, saving you from future leaks, backups, and costly rework once your new bathroom is complete.
Challenging Bathroom Remodels Are No Problem
Our on-staff experts allow us to tackle challenging bathroom renovations that require more expertise. In addition, we have in-house, experienced finishing carpenters on hand who can create custom cabinetry, shelves, and molding.
We offer free, no hassle estimates with one of our remodeling specialists. Each estimate includes a detailed proposal with all the information you need. We promise to provide accurate information based on our knowledge and experience, not on our desire to make a sale. See our reviews on BBB, Google and Yelp.
