Outdoor Remodels – Patios and Masonry Work

TR is a great company that provides thorough service. We've had several improvements done by them (roof, patio cover, tiling the house, kitchen remodel, front door replacement). Tony is affable, honest, and forthright. He hits his budget estimations too, which is great. No gotchas there. You'll usually see him at the start for the bid, and he'll visit when the job is done. The rest of the crew is great. Shout out to Angel for being a crew chief; keeping things orderly and making sure when his guys leave the place looks cleaner than when he got there. Even when he demo'ed our kitchen, you couldn't find a leftover nail after he was done. I'd point out that during the kitchen remodel, they were fine with whatever materials sourcing we wanted to do. We got out own cabinets and countertops, and they modified the pricing to account for that (if not, they could handle those jobs too, we just wanted to save some money using Ikea cabinets and prefab countertops). Give Tony a call and let him estimate your job, he deserves a chance to get earn your business.

Best investment I made for this house! This is the 3rd time TR Construction has helped me with a major project and I must say, I am never disappointed. In fact, I'm ecstatic with the quality of the work and professionalism of the staff. I like to sit out front with my dog while working from home. But the angle of the sun allowed me only a few hours in the morning before I found myself cooking my skin. But with this truly awesome patio I'm now able to sit outside in sun, wind and rain and be very well protected. Additionally, the patio is so sturdy that I can safely walk on it to hang up my holiday decorations without fear of slipping down a steep slope. The best part is that if you didn't know better, you would think that the patio was built with the house. It looks and feels original. I'm posting a 'before' and several 'after' photos. It's hard to really get a sense of depth from shots taken from across the street. One of those photos was taken while it was raining. I got to stay dry! My "outdoor living room" gives me a whole new dimension to my home. Thank you Tony and TR Construction for a superbly built, wonderful new addition to my life. I am very, very happy! 😃

We had new dimensional shingles installed on the house. Also had patio roof overhauled with new backer boards and roll roofing, sunlight and seamless gutters on patio, and R30 insulation installed in attic. TR Construction was impressive from start to finish (less than 2 1/2 day install). Additionally, we have a 10 year labor warranty and lifetime manufacturer's warrant. The owner, Tony, came by for the estimate (he is very familiar with the houses in my neighborhood) and in less than 30 minutes had a detailed proposal. The demo and install crews were all hard workers and were respectful of our garden and other items on the property. We couldn't be happier!
